I called after hours with a very unusual situation - a new born kitten had gotten stuck in an impossible location under a deck in a two inch crack between concrete steps and a brick wall. We thought the kitten was a goner as it had been stuck for hours. Vinny came on short notice, and with the patience, precision and Empathy of a surgeon, safely extracted the kitten. Made our day for sure!

I had a raccoon who had invaded my attic space. Vinny was thorough in assessing the situation, knew what he was doing in setting trap, secured the breached areas of entry, and communicated well throughout the process. The price was fair. Vinny came out almost immediately and was easy to deal with and friendly. He found the critters in my attic in minutes. It turned out to be bats. He educated me about their habits and gently collected the protected species, then told me what I should do to prevent them from coming back. His pricing was very fair. Would hire again.

Vinny replied to my request promptly. He caught the racoon in my attic within the first 2 days and fixed the damage the racoon made. Vinny continuously followed-up to ensure there were no additional rodents or issues. He even returned when I thought another raccoon found haven in my attic. I would not hesitate to hire Vinny again. He is personable, knowledgable and his prices were better than other companies.
