BE AWARE! We agreed to a written price. David wanted a down payment to get started. I gave him $2750.00 on May 28. $275 of the downpayment was an extra charge to have a tree stump ground down. The stump was taken care of and the rest of the money was a downpayment on the sod installation. Since then I am unable to get David to staret the job or return my downpayment.
