I found Dave on Angie's list and had good reviews. To save time I decided to email them and included some pictures of the nests. They quickly responded with an estimate and proposed schedules. Since it is best to remove these at night when the hornets are less active, they stopped by at the scheduled time and took care of everything, including clean up. <br /> Was able to do everything over email and with minimal time. Used them a second time (a year later 7/15) and had a positive experience as well. <br />

Our guy was diligent, dedicated, tireless, exceptionally perfectionist in, and was " on a mission" rat deathcon! He knew his facts, knew how to fix it and had the skill set! He worked into the night, came back repeatedly as he battled uncooperative wet rainy and/or cold weather and even getting under the weather himself. I have never in my 60 yrs seen a harder or more dedicated professional, nicer/likable/friendly/personable guy as Tom! Don't waste your time even considering anyone else--Crocodile Dave folks know their stuff! <br />

It went extremely well. The representative was very knowledgeable about the issue (rats getting into crawlspace) and took the time to inspect both the exterior *and interior* of both our crawlspace and attic and design a solution. They also followed up quickly to seal our crawlspace and set up a schedule to come check the traps. <br />

<p>I have reached out to them a total of 8 times since last week. They charged me for an estimate but will not proceed with wanting to do the work. The secretary was so unprofessional and rude. I just want to proceed with my work at this time. I have not received a call back from anyone in the company. I have waited at my house every time. This is the hardest experience I have had with Angie's List. I want to continue with working with this company because I have invested so much time with them and waiting for them. If the company decides not to do the work, I want my money I paid for the estimate back to me. </p>

Serviceman arrived at the designated time. Called ahead to indicate arrival time. The job was done and the technician explained exactly what he did. Professional and courteous. Would use again. The price was well below what other companies wanted.

Unlike other companies we contacted, Crocodile Dave's answered promptly and sent someone out the next day. The service person who surveyed our house was excellent, and provided lots of information about how we needed to secure the area fully. He made a complete examination of basement, crawl space, attic and sides of house. Gave us options of how much service (trapping, etc.) we could choose to do, and then dispatched a crew to us quickly. <br /> The workers did a thorough job and we have had no problems since. <br />

<strong>We have lived with squirrels in our attic for 30 years. Not a good selling point when it came time for us to move. Crocodile Dave used no chemicals or traps but blocked every possible entrance and gnaw hole. It only took one long day visit. No squirrels since. </strong> <br />

Great! I had called 5 other places for quotes before I spoke to Dave. He was the only one to ask me what the bees looked like. I thought they were honeybees (which is what all of the other companies assumed as well), but turns out they were carpenter bees. Dave spent some time educating me on the behavior of carpenter bees and their impact on the house if left untreated (in a fun, informative manner, not like a boring lecture). <br /> He gave me his base minimum quote that would address 20-30 holes which he said was the norm and explaining the tiered pricing if we had many more holes. No hidden costs or fees. <br /> He advised that if I was comfortable with the base price as the minimum, he could come out the next day and evaluate the house. He'd give us a firm price once he saw how many holes there were and could treat them at the same time if we chose. <br /> Dave ran into major traffic issues (which I verified online), but he called and gave me the option to reschedule or for him to come a bit later. <br /> When he got here, he was completely professional and informative about the extent of damage that could be done if left untreated. He answered all of our questions and gave useful, unsolicited advice on other problem areas. <br /> Turned out we also had an issue with digger bees (never heard of them) in the garden and we could see a few dozen mounds on the ground. He explained if these were left untreated, they generally multiplied by 40% each year. <br /> He made it clear that we were going to need to treat the house and garden for at least 2 years, maybe more given the extent of the issues we had. He was clear to explain it wouldn't go away with 1 treatment and explaining why plugging the holes would lead to more damage. <br /> Based on his professionalism and service, we will definitely use him again. Assuming, of course, we see that the treatment actually works :). <br />

Definitely recommend their company and services. All communications positive, professional and friendly. They came out and did a survey of our property. They were very thorough and provided lots of explanations and pictures. We had some concerns about squirrels getting into our attic. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. They were excellent and I would definitely recommend them!

Was very impressed from the initial phone call to the completion of the job. Dave was able to come the same day I called. Knowing the damage that squirrels can do inside a house, I was very thankful that he was able to come the same day I called. He was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done and the cost. I was very pleased with the service and will definately contact Crocodile Dave for any further wildlife problems! <br />
