Amazing great customer service!!

Two years have passed since we had these bathrooms remodeled by this contractor. We recently noticed a soft spot in the floor. The tiles were cracking and there was discoloration. I tried to contact CRO Renovations (aka Olver Enterprises), so they could investigate and possibly repair. However, I was unable to get ahold of them by email or phone. We called another contractor, who pulled the tile and revealed extensive water damage to the subfloor. The entire wood floor and supports beneath the shower were completely rotted. Our contractor had to demo the entire shower and the whole bathroom floor. The demo revealed that there was no shower liner installed. This is standard practice and the lack of proper waterproofing was determined to be the root cause of this damage. The cost to repair has been extensive and we are investigating options for reimbursement. I have tried multiple times to contact Olver Enterprises (also listed as CRO Renovations) by our email address on file, email address and phone number from the website and Facebook. But we have not received any response. The original remodeling experience was positive (I left a positive review on Angie's List) but we are stuck with a very expensive fix and CRO Renovations/Olver Enterprises is in the wind. Beware and do not use.

Very Good, Everyone that worked on my project did so in a professional manner.

We were originally quoted $900 for a three day job. The job only took one day. The bill was not reduced accordingly. In advance of the job, the owners were less than prompt in returning calls, emails, texts to set up the quote, arrange a date for the work, etc.

We needed to have two bathrooms remodeled within a specific time frame. We did not have previous experience with this type of remodel and needed some direction. We met with an architect and other contractors. The architect would have been suitable for major renovation and the contractor required a specific build plan. We contacted Chas and Ryan of Olver Enterprises, who provided guidance from start to finish. They specialize in this type of remodel, were knowledgeable and patient throughout. The work was completed by our deadline and we are really pleased with the results. It is worth mentioning that we also required full interior paint, which Olver was able to subcontract out. And those painters also did a nice job. Overall a great experience. Olver Enterprises is a family business and we highly recommend.

Chas and Ryan are pleasant to work with. They offered great suggestions on the overall objective of what we were trying to accomplish. They do quality work and are quick to address any defects found after the job is over. We especially love our new kitchen as they actually increased the working area. by moving a wall back.

I'm so very satisfied. I would highly recommend him. He did what he had to do. He is very good with what he does. He is not over price. I'd be calling him back to do our counter tops. He is a nice person. He is somebody that I feel comfortable coming to our house.

I was very pleased with all of the work they did. First of all the work was done perfectly! Every time they completed a job for us, I was very impressed by the results. In addition, I find their prices very reasonable. They also always arrived when they said they would, and completed the jobs in the time estimated. They were very accommodating in regards to scheduling and their workers were all kind and professional. I honestly couldn’t recommend them more highly!
