Although there is some merit to things you said, like not having materials on time, It also had to do with the pay schedule. I appreciate the opportunity to work for you, however in retrospect I wish I would’ve been privy to the emotional state of your wife and how are she over reacted to dust being in the house. Although we try our best to mitigate things, it is absolutely impossible to keep dust from being nonexistent in a remodeling project. Furthermore, I showed up at the house several times not just at the beginning but throughout the process. Perhaps you are home or perhaps you do not remember, but those are the facts."

Some companies may choose to do a halfway job, putting tile over old flooring. We simply won't do that because what really matters in the end is the quality of the work.
