Unfortunately my unit was on its last legs. Their efforts only extended its life a few more weeks. It was too expensive to repair.

Had a high velocity a/c issue and getting run around by orignal installer who I will blast for unprofessionaliism if he ever is listed here. Frustrated, called CC based off Angies reviews. Lisa was very pleasant and attentive to my long winded explanation, had me speak to Mo who took time talking to me. I asked if he could take a look at unit , he did and said it was operating but not cooling properly but that a full pressurized check of system was best done when weather warms. He was going to leave without a service charge but I asked him if he could winterize furnance, thought quote could have been lil lower for that but agreed because I appreciated his directness and honesty on dealings. Lisa quickly made appt to fit my schedule and Mo and helper were puntual on call as well as prompt responding to night call to check on pressure gauge that they replaced. Service cost all in.

Excellent! We were provided a contract describing the hardware and model numbers to be installed, services to be performed including removal of old HVAC units and related materials, and total cost. Initially I was surprised that unit costs and labor costs were not enumerated. Don't be concerned. Using the model numbers of the components, I did on-line product and installation pricing and was satisfied with the proposal. We set a time and date; they were extraordinarily punctual. They completed all work in a single day (do clear all working areas and access doors beforehand). They did an overview of operational and maintenance issues. Left all the work areas cleaner than they were at the start and took 'garbage' with them. As needed, I will be using them in the future for all of the services they provide.

The owner and his assistant were knowledgeable. They knew I didn't have a clue about the 25 year old AC system in the new home I purchased. I was an easy target for a dishonest technician but they told me all was well with the system and nothing needed to be done. I appreciated that !

My call was responded within less than an hour and Mo arrived the next morning. He patiently reviewed the system and found that the coil is in a state of disrepair. Recent regulations require complete replacement of the unit; this is a major job. Mo patiently helped me evaluate the pros and cons of different products and gave me a very good offer to handle it.. In the meantime my house renters, who spent two sleepless nights in oven-hot bedrooms, got a same-day installation offer from a plumber who worked for them. So I went with their decision to help avoid another oven night. I rate here the diagnosis, evaluation and advice by Mo. I was completely impressed by Mo and am grateful for the superb responsive service. I will not hesitate to get his help with any future jobs. Thank you Mo for the great service.

The company is very professional in answering the phone, setting up the appointment and follow-up, and their in-house services. They did a through inspection of our AC unit and were able to find the problem. Their report was accurate with a reasonable solution and price to repair the unit.

Not bad. They should have had the right equipment and they should be thorough in their work. They had to leave the house to get some of the supplies.

"We do carry many supplies on our trucks however it is quite unfair to expect that it's possible to carry every supply a store such as Home Depot would since there are of course millions of tub supplies, this would be impossible. We are sorry to see that you rated us so unfairly with all c's since we did come out to accomplish what you hired us for which was to solve your problem. The fact that we needed to run to the store was not something that you were charged extra for and it's something that any plumber would have had to do as nobody is able to carry every single plumbing supply piece on their truck...."

The service provided by Moe and Chase was terrific. Lisa, their office manager, was courteous, friendly and (thankfully) persistent in allowing me to schedule a convenient time for their visit. The best part? Not only were Moe and Chase professional and knowledgeable about how to diagnose and correct our AC systems issues they were friendly and funny. They played with our obnoxious puppy and said hi and bye to my young son. My wife thought that Chase was actually Enrique Iglesias. While their appearance is similar I suggested that young Mr. Iglesias most likely doesn't require a second job. Overall, the service provided by Moe, Chase and Lisa was excellent. Should we ever require help with our plumbing, AC or heating systems we will definitely contact Cross County Plumbing and Heating.

Things went great! Moe assessed the problem with each of the toilets in my home. He looked at the first toilet and determined the entire mechanism inside the tank (float and flapper) needed to be replaced. The second toilet was an easy fix so he did that free of charge. The third toilet he determined only needed a handle, which I told him I could replace myself once I went to purchase the correct handle. So, he completed the repair on the first toilet and as a new customer he honored the 15% of coupon for Angie's List members. I was a little disappointed that a new toilet mechanism with labor costs $175. However, based on my research this price is about $20 cheaper than the average cost to repair a toilet. And the 15% discount ($26.25) also helped to ease my sticker shock. I would recommend Cross County as well as use them again.

They contacted me within an hour of my purchasing the offer. By the next morning I had an appointment. The repairmen were here when they were supposed to be. They explained my problem and once I approved the repair they did it professionally. They left no sign of their being here when they were done. I just have to get over the sticker shock of the cost of refrigerant today.

It went well, but I had an additional expense,because the refrigerant gas from the deal could not be used in our system.,fact I did not know from the beginning.
