It was a hard job and they did a great job with it. They completed the job in two days, worked well together, cleaned up exceptionally well and I am considering using them for additional work.

He was good at what he did. He came to our home a couple of times before doing the work in his service truck, however when he came to do the work, he drove into our driveway with his truck draped in Trump flags. That was so unprofessional and honestly insulting! So no to calling him again!

Amy -initial contact- patient in answering questions. Crew of 4 did job in 8 hrs! Slight wood damage was satisfactorily repaired. Did not demand final payment until total satisfaction. Waiting for reply re: possible missing flashing.

After five years of dealing with three leaking dormers, we by chance met Crossover’s Project Manager. This was an answer to prayers. He provided an estimate and then setup for Crossover’s highly trained and experienced Leaks and Repairs Supervisor, Chris Spurlock, to call us. Chris quickly called to set up a time to drop by our home to analyze the dormers. He carefully inspected the dormers and then explained why the dormers were leaking. Our dormers originally were covered with Masonite and later vinyl siding was added over the Masonite. Chris knew what was needed to permanently stop the leaks! He was friendly and provided feedback and updates on the repair work each day. His experience and knowledge of detecting leaks is superior. His professionalism is above approach. Crossover Roofing is an outstanding company and performed beyond expectations. We are so glad we used Angie's List to find them. Ryan came out to provide us an estimated and was very thorough,, patient, and helpful. We got a total of 3 estimates, all form Angie's List - so they were all good. But we felt Crossover provided a very competitive price and provided a very through explanation of the service to be provided -plus was able to take on responsibility for replacing the previous siding next to our dormers, which were in significant need of replacement. They were so very helpful and flexible in establishing a schedule that worked for us. In actual performance, they were excellent, careful, and timely. We have had numerous people comment very positively on the finished product - almost like a new house! A job really well done. We highly recommend Crossover Roofing.

It went great. They had to do more work than was estimated and didn't charge me more. The roof and my porch ceiling look great. The workers were pleasant, polite, and professional. They cleaned up thoroughly. I am very pleased with their work.

Just 3 days after signing the paperwork, the roofers were at my house by 8:30am. By 4:30pm all the work was done and done very well! They repaired the 3 areas necessary and put a beautiful roof on. Cleaned up any and all debris! I highly recommend this company for any roofing needs you have. I am going to buy shutters from them next!!

I had never replaced a roof before this so I had no experience to draw from. This was a good experience. Ryan provided me a very competitive quote. His excitement over Crossover and his industry was contagious and I was confident in my selection even though th price was lower than other bids. Rueben, the crew leader, arrived a few minutes early on the day that they were expected. He shook my hand, introduced himself, and informed me about the project. The work again began and this crew’s commitment to working is really unsurpassed. They worked tirelessly until the roof was finished. The project went longer than I expected and I wanted to understand. I reached out to Ryan who connected me to Tommy, the area supervisor. Tommy called and informed me of the reasons for the delay, answered all my questions and put me at ease. He then touched base with a text until it was complete (which wasn’t very long at all). The night that the work was completed there was a pouring rain. It was nice to sit in my house confident that all is well. If I made any recommendations for the firm, it would be to proactively reach out mid-project, in case the new roof is for a nervous newbie like me. I would highly recommend Crossover Roofing!

I would advise everyone to call crossover roofing first. They were very professional in all aspects. Not only did I need a new roof but had some structural damage as well and they handle everything. Will use again if need arises.

Materials were delivered the day before. Workers arrived early, worked for about 4 hours, cleaned up and left by lunch time. Very efficient, friendly, knowledgeable.

We received responses almost immediately, had a detailed and thorough quote, and scheduled the job very quickly. We have a large, 1 and 1/2 story transitional home with a steeply-pitched roof. The large crew worked tirelessly in oppressive heat, cleaning the entire area as they worked, and again after completion. From our initial contact to the last follow-up with Mary Jane and her staff, the communication was excellent. Their pricing was highly competitive, their products are of the highest quality, and their work ethic and customer service have been outstanding. We highly recommend this company, headed by Mary Jane, who goes out of her way to ensure her customers are satisfied and that her entire team is surrounded by, and contributes to, a positive working environment. I signed the contract on Monday and they arrived at 7:00am Thursday. They removed all the old shingles by 10:00am and completed installation of the new underlayment and shingles and completely cleaned the yard of debris and nails the same day by 4:00pm. They installed 16 squares of shingles and I am very pleased with the work Crossover Roofing, LLC did for me and would definitely recommend you get an estimate from them before deciding on a roofing contractor. The contract was for 50% down and the balance upon completion.

On April 15th, 2018, we were affected by the tornado and it was devastating. The roofs were blown off of the homes in the community. The neighborhood was in ruins. We saw Mary Jane Hendrick on TV and once we called, she responded immediately. She was professional and compassionate. If the damage was out of her scope, she assured us that the work would get done no matter what---and it did!! She and her team were awesome and the quality of work matched the quality of service. Went well, they found the problem and fixed it same day!

I called Mary Jane and we talked for a few minutes, then set up an appointment. She was punctual for our appointment and extremely thorough when looking at my roofing issues. She helped me with my insurance company and also met me and the adjuster on a Saturday. Once my insurance was settled, I had a beautiful brown roof on my house within a week. The work was finished in one day. It looks fabulous!

Fixed issues from previous roofers, did it correctly the first time, and overall very pleased with the job. House has been dry ever since

They finished the work the same day when starting but they came back the next morning to tie up some loose ends. They did every single thing they said they would. They also did some interior work, ceiling fell through due to the roof leak. We had some problems with the inside of the house but they came back and made it right. It was a difficult job, wasn't due to their workmanship but they came back until we were completely satisfied. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. We took a chance on them and they proved themselves to be trustworthy.

Overall this was a great experience. They were punctual - very quick to respond. Accommodating with scheduling. They also were extremely respectful of my property. Took precautionary measures in regards to cleanup. Haven't seen a single nail. Very impressive. I highly recommend and definitely will use again.
