"Mr. [Member Name Removed]- Thank you for your feedback. We are always looking for was to improve. However this situation seems to be a misunderstanding. We did cut your internet lines by accident and once we did, promptly notified your wife of the issue and offered to pay for the repairs. We continued working to finish out the drains and after discussion with your wife, decided it would be best to stop the lines short of the initial goal so as not to impact anything else. It was our understanding that she was to reach out to us once the lines were repaired so that we could come out and fine tune the rest of the project. We never heard back from her once the internet lines were repaired. There were no messages. We would be happy to discuss a resolution to your issue and apologize that you feel as if you have been neglected. Feel free to reach out to discuss a resolution to the issue."
"We appreciate the input and understand your frustration, however your receipt was emailed on 5 October at approximately 3pm. I emailed a screenshot of the sent message to your email this morning showing date, time, and the attachment. If you did not receive the email on the 5th, then why not reach out to us?"
"Thank you for the kind words, we enjoyed helping you with your project."
"Mrs. [Member Name Removed]- We appreciate the feedback and regret your position, however we were under the impression that this matter was resolved with our email dated 11 December 2020. That was 6 weeks ago and we had not heard from you. Typically we do not respond to negative reviews with criticism, however we do feel that your statement needs some correction in order to be accurate. Here is the sequence of events per our email records: You contacted us on 30 May. We were finally able to connect for a site visit on 23 Jun and emailed your estimate that day. We then got together in mid-July to fine tune the details and set the schedule. You wanted to wait to schedule was made on fencing. That was fine with us. However, we did not hear back from you until 7 September 2020 in a email from [Member Name Removed] saying: "Sorry this is taking so long on our end. We finally found the fencing we want. I am ordering it tomorrow and will know the shipping time then." After that, it was another 4-6 weeks before we could start (again, your timeline). Your project was started on 27 October 2020, five months after our initial visit. The delays starting the project were not of our doing. We often went weeks without hearing from you, all the while trying to hold open days to address your project. Once we were able to get your project started, additional work was added to the initial plan on the first day. Our team spent 62.5 hours working on your project over the course of 8 days. Weather was a factor on some of the days. Materials were purchased and delivered to you. All of the additional work was completed and you were not billed for it. We can understand your frustration and would be happy to continue this discussion offline."
"It was a pleasure working with you guys."
"Thanks [Member Name Removed]. It was a pleasure completing your project."
