The technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. He did a great job getting my garage door lubricated and adjusted. It opens and closes much quieter. I would highly recommend Crowncrest Enterprises to my neighbors and friends.

Amazing experience with Jamie and CrowCrest! Our home had flood damage and needed wall repairs, painting, flooring, and more. The renovations were completed quickly and to the standard we were seeking. Jamie was personable and had excellent communication throughout the process. Definitely recommend!!

Jaimie from Crow Crest was the right choice for my retaining wall project. I had received quotes from other contractors, but they seemed to over promise or seemed il equipped to handle the job. Jaimie was professional and thorough, and the end result speaks for itself. I could trust him to do the quality job that he did without me having to be there to keep an eye on him. He is a full service contractor who has the equipment and knowledge for any project. Already hired crow crest to install a new doorway into my crawlspace and rebuild the supports holding my house. He is trustworthy and knowledgeable, and he is proud of the quality of his work, a rare thing to find from any contractor. Thank you Jamie for an all around fantastic job.

I made the mistake of paying him in full because he was prompt, friendly, completed 90% of the work and was to finish the rest of the work the following weekend before my daughters birthday party. He completed all of the work except for the staining to my satisfaction so I trusted him. All that was left for him to do was stain the fence and back porch. He purchased the stain, with my money do the fence and porch and he did one side of the fence and did not touch the porch. I still have the stain that I paid for and he was to complete the job. I spoke with him a week ago and he promised to finish the job and would be in touch with me, he never called me back and his cell phone is now disconnected. Do not fall for his "family man, here to help" scheme. He brings along his wife and other family members to help him. He is a crook and should not be trusted. He hangs his hat on the fact that his grandfather founded the company and he is honest. He purchased the materials with my money and stained half of a wooden fence and didn't touch my porch. Beware! <br />

"CASE ID: 27278929 On November 18, 2012, you provided the following information: The fence that I was to stain is on the property line dividing the customer's property from the neighbor's. At the beginning of the job, I informed the customers that I would need written permission from the neighboring homeowner stating it would be OK to stain their side of the fence. The customer had more than three weeks to acquire this information for me. However, when it came time to stain that side of the fence, he refused to ask the homeowner, stating that he didn't care what the guy thought, and that the person living in the house was simply a renter. I tried to make him understand that I could not legally paint that side of the fence without written permission, as it was not on his property. Still, he refused, and that is why the fence was only stained on his side of the property. Regarding his unpermitted screened-in porch, we discussed fixing the multitude of problems he had with it (no header, no foundation, not properly attached to the house, improperly installed screens) but that was to be another project. This additional project was to include staining the structure the same color as the fence, which is why I bought as much stain as I did- so it would all match. Staining the structure was NOT part of the backyard/landscaping project. At the start of the original project, I asked the customer to sign a contract, to which he refused, stating that he did "everything on a handshake". I received my final payment from his wife on her acceptance of the completion of the job. She also was informed and understood that the neighbor's side of the fence was not stained. She was pleased with the end result of the project, and he was as well. About a week and a half after completion, I went back and helped move their children's swingset across the yard, and was invited to come to the child's birthday party that evening. I left the property under the assumption that they were happy. A month later, he referred me to his father, and I did excavation work in the father's yard, and also two of the father's neighbor's yards."
