I bought an old, very dirty sofa at a thrift store. Ken Belcher from Crown Carpet Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning the upholstery for me. He came twice because I thought the sofa was cleaner in some areas that others. (It's a cream color and had become brownish due to storage along with other dirt and grime). Ken returned the very next day (no charge), was very nice and seemed genuinely as concerned as I was to have this lovely old piece of furniture look amazing. And it does! Ken is very professional and takes pride in his work. I would definitely recommend him, and will call him in the future with any other thrift store finds, or other carpet cleaning needs. Also his prices are very competitive.
