We needed to replace our master bathroom shower pan due to a crack. Unfortunately there is not many quick fixes if you want to do it right. We reached out to the owner Chad who was very responsive to our request for an estimate and was very accommodating to come when both myself and my wife were available. Based on our discussion with Chad, we had a couple of different options (1) start over completely and tear out the existing tile walls and shower stall or (2) replace only the necessary parts and save what we could. We went with option 2 which meant only replacing the bottom level of tiles and removing and replacing the shower pan, glass walls and door. We didn't feel pressured to go with option 1 and really appreciated the options provided to know exactly what we were working with to fit our budget. This took a couple of visits over the span of a couple of weeks due to our busy schedules. Due to our schedules and time frames we had available a portion of a day was dedicated to demo, replacing the old shower pan and setting a new one; and replacing the old tile and installing the new glass walls and door. Chad was very flexible and we really appreciated his patience. It looks great and we couldn't be happier. We look forward to working with Crowned Eagle Contracting on future projects.

This was an overall great experience! The owner (Chad) provided a quote in a timely manner and didn't place any pressure on us during the decision making process. We had a few questions for Chad as we went through the process and received other quotes. He answered all of our questions over the products and installation process. One of the things we appreciated about the process was he took his time to help us understand everything and made us feel comfortable. On installation day Chad was the first one there with his crew to survey and monitoring the progress of the roof replacement. He was up on the roof ensuring any bad pieces of plywood were replaced as necessary and ensuring a proper installation. The crew was able to work efficiently and completed the installation in one day (even though it was a little dark). Once they finished Chad did a final inspection to ensure everything was done and met the quality we expect. The crew brought their own dumpster and hauled away the debris the same day. It was a real pleasure working with a personable owner and a fantastic crew who work efficiently and take pride in their work. We will definitely be hiring Chad and his crew to do additional jobs/projects as they come up.

Great! Chad did a wonderful job with the flooring. He brought samples to the house to color match. Installed all the flooring in a timely manner, working with my schedule. The floors look fantastic. We could not be happier with the complete project.
