Crown Fence

The men who installed the fence were very skilled and fast. They did miss fully nailing one post, and although I emailed co asking for them to correct, I have not received a response.

Crown fence is a joke. They are liars and the owner is a child. Someone who did not live in my home and has no say so on my home and who’s name is not on the title spoke to these children and set up a time for them to come and put a fence up. Mind you I have never spoke to these people never met them and never signed a contract however they made sure to threaten ME that if I didn’t pay them they would take a lien out on my house. So at the time we requested a copy of this contract that he said he had but never presented, which also infact mentions nothing of a lien but the owner clearly states it does. They also tell u to pay them through pay pal but when you do they charge u an extra 30 dollar fee. And then say oh well it’s pay pal but they don’t even tell you that before u pay. Then when u call to have a discussion about the situation the owner starts yelling and refuses to let you speak and when u prove him wrong that he has no legal authority to anything he has threatened with bc the person he spoke to dosnt even have any rights to the property. Please ppl be careful this company is only good at lying and false threats that someone who dosnt know better will get cheated. Avoid avoid avoid And what is funny is the child of an owner cannot spell or type properly. He knew this review was coming he was advised before it was ever posted, and in turn his response is no I didn’t yell you did. And still again says that I didnt pay however I have never even spoke to him before today. He makes sure not to address the pay pal issue or the contract or the fact that it was my property not the other persons.It’s ok bud you will grow up one day. Best of luck to anyone who uses them. Oh and btw if he dosnt like your review he just removes it. This company is a scam

They did a very good job. He missed a few things the first time, but he came back right in to fix them after I'd called. His name was Matt, he came back and corrected a few things and he did a really good job. I paid $250. I would use them again.

Crown Fence site manager Matt Brennan, conducted a complete survey before project began, instructed me to get clearance from local utility companies to ensure no underground cables would be in jeopardy of damages. Called 811 to have outside area marked for underline cables from, gas, electric, cable TV or any other utility services. 811 was prompt with their response. Received a written notification from 811 regarding the inspection, outlining the timeframe in which project needed to be completed, if not another inspection to extended date would be needed. Next step was to contact HOA board for sign off. The HOA board held up my project, not Crown Fence, they were ready to go. Another two (2) weeks pasted and my deadline date expired. Another inspection was needed. After another two weeks of emails, telephone calling a HOA board member inspected the property for the project to begin. Due to the delay by the HOA board, Crown has another project to complete before getting to mine, very understandable no fault of theirs. A week late Crown on 5/27/2015 at 8:30 am, Matt and his crew arrived, ready to get started. They were professional, cleaned up after each post was laid, made sure no damage to property, if any changes were needed, consulted with me first, to short breaks (due to hot weather) and completed project on time. <br />

Excellent Service. Matt came to our house the same day we called him and gave us an estimate. We agreed to the estimate and he said he could have it done in the next few days. Brent showed up the next day and completed the job very professionally. It looks great and we are very happy. We were charged exactly what the estimate said. <br />

I called Matt about an estimate and he was able to give me that information over the phone. The amount quoted is the exact amount I was charged. No surprises, I love that. A few days later the fence was being installed by Brett. He's very professional and personable. It's been a long time since I've seen someone show pride in their work but Brett did. He started on time and finished on time and did an amazing job. I love my new fence. If you want a fair price, great service and outstanding products, Crown Fence is the one to call.

The material was delivered on time and the job was installed flawlesly with no delays at a great price... what more is there to say!
