The service was exceptional, came out on a Saturday and fixed the faucet quickly, and I didn't have any issues after the service.

Wes came early for our scheduled appointment, and was very personable.He diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate and a discount for Angie’s List. He replaced all the parts and gaskets for the toilet tank. Everything is working great now. I will definitely call Crown Plumber again.

After getting a quote, it took a few weeks to get the part and get it to the location. It wasn't clear what services were going to be performed after the initial quote. I pointed out the problem, they said there was more work to be done. I agreed to a price. When the work was completed, I may have thought there was more to be done for the price quoted. Should have got the quote in writing after the initial visit to understand what was going be be done. The final invoice vague.

Wes was highly competent, efficient, and professional. His was a second opinion. The first plumber wanted to charge twice as much.

Arrived promptly and punctually in a very short time frame and definitely knew what he was doing. Installed a state of the art water heater and water softener. Installed the new units nicely and explained what I needed to do. Gave a great deal and definitely didn't try to oversell you.

Our kitchen faucet was leaking all over the counter and underneath the sink. A technician from Crown Plumber was able to come out the same day and install a new faucet that we purchased from Home Depot. The technician was on time, professional, and helped determine that there were not other plumbing issues.

Edmund and Wes where extremely professional and knowledgeable. Showed up right on time. They were able to determine that there was not a leak. Pertaining to the water pressure, Edmund identified the problem immediately as an old compensator that was part of the original main water line. He replaced it and we went from 50 PSI to 70 PSI through the entire house. The pressure on the second deck is strong just like the pressure in the basement. They are now my go to plumbing team in Leesburg.

Wes showed up on time the same morning of my original call to Crown. He diagnosed my sump pump problem within ten minutes and I'm embarrassed to say it was a tripped GFCI circuit that my garage and backyard outlet shares. I should have known the first step of troubleshooting...check power source. After I reset GFCI in garage Wes verified the pump was working by observing several cycles. Sump pump replacement has been on my to do list for 15 year life and that's this year, so I'll be replacing both interior and exterior pumps in a couple of months. I'm going with a battery backup unit for the exterior sump. The prices for replacements are a skosh over the top end of my budget, but I'm impressed with the company, so I'll pay for the peace of mind.

I decided to replace the original sump pump as a preventative maintenance given the combined service cost. There were other deals available for the same parts on Angie's List, but decided to try these guys based on previous review. I got what I paid for - worth it at the end of the day.

He's done a few things for us. We use him all the time. He's fair on pricing, he is good.

The plumber that came was professional and friendly. Explained everything completely, was happy to reexplain it to the landlord that had to approve payment, and did the work quickly and well. I was very impressed overall with the service we received. Overall we had a shut-off valve, a pressure release valve and a home pressure regulator all replaced.

Went well. Did what they said on time at the cost quoted.

I contacted eleven highly rated plumbers through Angie's List and selected this one because they provided a reasonable estimate via Angie's List message system (half of them wouldn't do so) and did not charge a dispatch fee (half of them had one). Edmond (a master plumber who owns this business - not some random subcontractor) was prompt, courteous and got the job done efficiently. I was also pleasantly surprised that he installed a pressure regulator that included a gauge, which was not mentioned at the time of estimate. Will definitely use again should the need arise. Highly recommend.
