I would rate the person they hired, to coordinate with the insurance company an "A". There was also an electrician that they sent who was very good. But the Crown people we dealt with were not very good at all. They brought the materials and left them in our driveway for weeks. It was only after repeated phone calls that they came out to start the work. The quality of the work was not acceptable and I had to call them back to make some adjustments / improvements. I believe I was continually lied to as to when the work was going to be performed. On several occasions we waited all day and no one showed up and then when we called, there was finger-pointing. Frustrated, I placed a call to the office and asked to speak to the owner of the company. I was told he was busy and would call me back. Although I never received that phone call, someone was out that same day to complete the project. Finally, because they did not re-attach the electric wires coming from the pole to the house correctly, I had to call BGE to make the repair. I was told (not verified) by the person who I spoke with at BGE, that the contractor should have called BGE when they did the work to have BGE work with the live wires. The removal and reattachment of the wires was not done by the electrician, but was done by those who installed the siding, who I don't believe were licensed to do the electric work. The electrician had to correct other work that they did. I would not use them again or recommend that anyone who appreciates honesty use them either.

I wasn't familiar with their work so I started with the smallest job. I was very happy with the floor work so I had them do the exterior job. I was extremely happy with that job so I hired them to do the interior finishing. I'm so happy with that job that I'm trying to think of more work I can give them to do! They are easy to work with, very professional, the prices compare favorably to other estimates I received and the final product is really top-notch. I can't find fault or flaws with anything they've done.

The work was amazing. The first contractor i hired screwed up and couldn't finish the project. Crown came in and did all the work and even fixed the mistakes from the prior contractor. They finished it fast and it looks amazing. I would refer them to anyone looking for a new Kitchen, bathroom, roof, or any home improvement project.

My experience was wonderful from start to finish. Jeff came out on a Saturday to give me an estimate for a leaking roof. He was thorough in looking at the issue and walked me through the estimate and his suggested resolution to make sure I understood everything. He also alerted me to a very serious mold problem. He had his crew at my house and working by that Monday and they were finished by Wednesday. I was amazed with how quickly and precisely the job was completed. Jeff treated my house as if it was his own and was reassuring and kind during the whole process. I would highly recommend Crown Remodeling for any/all home renovations and plan to use them again.

We were experiencing roof leaks because of wind/hail damage that caused shingles to blow off our roof. We called Crown Roofing to provide us with a roof inspection prior to submitting a homeowner's insurance claim. Randy Holden, a representative of Crown came the following day and did a through inspection. He found significant hail damage so, we filed a claim. Randy met our adjuster on-site, walked the adjuster through the damage and assisted with the estimating process. When the worked started, Randy kept us informed on a daily basis, which was a breath of fresh air. There were really no worries on our behalf. We are extremely happy with the work that was done and the quality in products that were used, our roof looks beautiful! It was a great experience working with Crown Roofing and we would recommend them to everyone.

It went extremely well. I was very was anxious about going through the entire insurance process, but they explained everything and alleviated all my worries. In addition, once they started the work, it was completed in a matter of days and I was very pleased with the outcome. Would definitely use them again if needed!

This project was covered by our homeowners's insurance, and Crown's rep worked with us on cost so that we would not have to pay out for 2 separate deductibles. Overall, the people I dealt with were very professional. Our only complaint is that the repair work took much longer to complete than originally estimated. We contacted our insurance company in September, hired the contractor by early October, but took until February for completion. Some of the delay on the roof repair was weather-related, but delay on finishing the interior seemed more related to having multiple subcontractors.

Their work was hasty and the replacement of our front storm door was never completed. The workers were supposed to return and put in a piece of glass for the door, but all we have is the screen door. They took a lot longer to do the work then what was promised. <br /> <br /> Also, they were supposed to remove the old door, but they never did. We will be taking it to the landfill ourselves.

Really enjoyed working with this company. They came out to do a damage estimate on our house after a hail storm. They worked directly with our insurance company to make sure we got the right amount back. The amount we got on our claim went up significantly due to their expert involvement. They could talk through issues with the insurance company, when we would have just been able to nod our heads and accept whatever they offered. <br /> <br /> Crown then worked with us to develop a plan for our house. We were so happy with them that we added work at our own expense beyond what was covered by the storm. All told, we put on a new roof, gutters, vinyl siding, sky lights, and a trex deck. We also repainted the front and garage doors to go with the new color scheme. <br /> <br /> They did an excellent job with the work and with the clean up. The workman were always extremely polite. I felt so bad for them working outside in the worst of our summer weather. The house looks so much better due to their advice (on everything from colors to materials to dealing with insurance) and their excellent work. Highly recommend. They made remodeling a pleasant experience with a great result.

Since we needed a new roof, we were very concerned about cost as well as obtaining an honest and reputable contractor. Once the materials were delivered to our house, the following day, Crown Remodeling and their crew showed up at 7am. Jeff was onsite throughout the day monitoring the crews performance. When we got home from work, we came home to a beautiful new roof and a beautiful clean up. Not one piece of trash was in our yard. Crown Remodeling also went the extra step to do a magnetic sweep to pick up all loose nails. Since we have pets, that was very important to us. <br />
