Floor-mounting for wall bed was repaired to our satisfaction, but repair only lasted 6 weeks before bolts pulled out of floor.

Absolute nightmare. Wall frame did not have studs properly centered which caused sheet rock to stick out... tried to cover with added putty and texture so the wall had a wave in it. Texture mud was splattered over decorative wood on the connecting wall with fine grain so it can't be cleaned out. Would not show up to fix, kept giving me promises. I don't think he is capable of fixing the wall texture. Sanded inside house and got dust everywhere. Whole process took six weeks and cost $4,000 for a giant mess. Will have to pay extra for a real contractor to come and fix.
