Ed is the best!!!!!

I made an appointment for them to do a move in/move out cleaning of a home we have for rent. Made the initial appointment but received a phone all a few days before the scheduled appointment informing me me that they have to reschedule it due to being short handed for some employees being ill at the time. I agreed to the reschedule since Ed offered a small discount for the inconvenience. When the second appointment day arrives, they were there on time and the end result was great. Better cleaning than I would have done on my own. Very professional and good service. Would recommend them and use them again.

Ed did a wonderful job of cleaning our house from top to bottom, it's sparkling clean in preparation for listing on the market, the house looks great.

I had a very good experience with Crystal Clean. In fact, I answered a questionnaire about them when I first had them come. $120 is a lot. That's the thing I don't like because it's only for two people for an hour so they're getting $60 for an hour. But I do like what they do and I feel they're honest and I trust them in my house. I don't know what they charge in the area but I think that's a high price. I don't now, I don't like it because I feel $40 an hour would be more appropriate in my mind, but maybe I'm way off. The quality of service was very good. Very responsive.

Ed does an excellent job cleaning our house. We had things we didn't even realize were dirty until we saw them after Ed's initial cleaning. He now cleans our house every other week. It's a great feeling to come home after work to a clean house. He does a great job and we would highly recommend him to anyone for a project large or small. He is very conscientious, especially about our pets (two of our cats can't mix and one has a tendency to run outside, and he handles all of that). A few years ago, he did a move-out cleaning for our apartment that passed our landlord's inspection with no issues.

We've used Crystal Clean and they have always done a wonderful job of cleaning our house. We own some rental property and we had Ed and his crew do the cleaning on a condo. The place was not in the greatest of shape and they did a great job it turned out to a lot better than I expected especially the bathrooms.

Ed is amazing...cannot give him enough praise, is through, complete and just plan wonderful. It is such a pleasure to walk into the home after his cleaning. We Continue to enjoy is professional service and highly recommend. Plus he is so nice and easy to talk to about what you would like done in your home, he goes the extra mile. He is the best~

We just bought our first home it needed a really good cleaning and we had never used a cleaning service before .A friend told us about Crystal Clean so we gave them a call, They showed up on time and did a fantastic job cleaning our home. We will definitely use them again.

I sent this email to them: You cleaned my house yesterday, and overall, my wife and I are unsatisfied with the work that was done. We are very happy with the cleaning of the hardwood floors, kitchen, and upstairs bathroom. The main areas look clean. Our main issue is the overpowering, pungent smell. Our nanny had to open all the windows of our house, and we had to keep them open all night long. The smell still lingered in the morning. Additionally, the major reason we had this cleaning was due to my in-laws coming next week. They stay in the bedroom downstairs, and I noticed that the carpet was not vacuumed, the baseboards were not dusted, and the bathroom tub has a ring around it. Additionally, it looks like someone cleaned the basement windows above the bookshelf and now all that dirt is on the top of the books that are underneath the window. We also noticed that the upstairs mantel (behind the piano) is still very dusty. It is unfortunate that I was not present, since I would not have paid you the money until the job was finished correctly. We will not be recommending your service to our friends in the neighborhood.

I called Ed on a Sunday and heard back first thing on Monday morning. He was able to fit me in that Friday, the morning after I had some pretty messy roommates move out. Ed and Karen were really friendly and quick! They were thorough and made my place look newer than when I first bought it a few months ago. I had to work from home that day but never felt like I was in the way, and felt comfortable trusting them in my space if I needed to leave the house. The floors are shining beautifully, and my ugly kitchen floors actually look nice now! The oven is spotless and they even cleaned the space between the oven and cabinetry, which is always a pain for me to get to. I did notice a few dust bunnies still roaming around the living room after they left, and the couch didn't seem to get cleaned underneath or behind. I missed that during our walk through otherwise I would have asked. All in all, exceptional work and they were done in just a couple of hours. Definitely going to be calling them again in the future!

This is the third time I've used Crystal Clean. Ed and his crew do a fantastic job and they are very consistent in the high level of quality I receive. I'm not the best house keeper so I really appreciate their attention to detail. I've recommended them to all my friends.

First, they were really great people. Super friendly and nice. Though it was the first time I used them, I felt very comfortable leaving them to get after it while I went to work. When I got back, the work was outstanding and the place looked great. On our stairs we've had black marks on the face of the stair, which have always driven me crazy... so I was shocked/surprised to see them gone! Hooray! I would certainly recommend them, and look forward to booking a future cleaning.

Great friendly crew. Very detailed cleaning, didn't miss a spot!  All the doors and trim were so clean they looked like they were freshly painted. When finished, they do a walk through for approval. Thought that was great customer service! <br>

Great!  Eddie and his colleague arrive punctually and stayed longer than originally planned, tackling everything we asked, and some that we did not request (e.g. cleaning windows), at a very reasonable price.  They did a wonderful job -- we couldn't have asked for more.  We have TALL ceilings and Eddie was able to get the cobwebs out of even those corners.

Very professional, I was very happy with what they did.  The 3 person team arrived right on time and were here for 3 hours which was what they said when I made the appointment.  A few items stood out in particular.   I was very happy with the cleaning of my oven (spotless inside now). Also,  I have hard water and the upstairs toilet had a ring build-up which was unsightly even though sanitary.  I had  tried everything to remove it without success.    They got the ring out and told me how to do it.  They dusted everything (even my kitchen window box containing many plants, etc.- I didn't expect them to do that!) <br />

Ed and his crew did a move-out cleaning on my house they did a great job I was happy my real-estate agent was happy. Great job <br />

Crystal clean cleaned a rental property for me and they did a excellent job I plan on using them again.

Ed and his wife are fabulous, they do an amazing job from top to bottom; including refrigerator (if emptied of course)  When they leave, they leave a breath of fresh air by their presence and their work! <br />

I was giving a party at my house and it needed a good cleaning.  I've been using Crystal Clean for a while now and they have always done a great job.  The party was wonderful and the house was sparkling clean.  Thank you Crystal Clean. <br />
