I hired the company to fix a dripping bathtub faucet. I paid the company. The faucet still leaks. I had to have another company fix the leak. The company refuses to provide a partial refund. Do not do business with this company.

Had to replace shut-off valves due to home insurance inspection, as there was a little corrosion around the hot water valves. A Grohe faucet had just been installed in June 2024. We were quoted originally $200+, but when the work started, it seems the pvc piping broke and price went up to $400+. After 3 hours the work was completed, water coming out of the faucet was now at 30% of what it was before the work began. We were so upset, we just said leave. After hiring another plumber to come and repair the botched job for another ungodly sum, we finally had to replace the new Grohe faucet with a cheap Home Depot faucet, as the Fix-A-Leak plumber had installed used valves that were totally gummed up, which resulted in our Grohe faucet getting clogged and unusable, even with a new cartridge. Do NOT use Fix-A-Leak is my recommendation.

Excellent costumer service! As their logo says they fixed what others couldn’t. Daniel answered all my questions and explained things throughout the process. Jose y Carlitos were very knowledgeable and also kept me informed about what they were doing. I highly recommend them.
