Awesome.  They came out on time, to begin with.  Then, upon removing the old shower doors, they discovered a bunch of gross mold that had collected/grown in the area between the old metal frame and the shower (the bottom).  They thoroughly removed and cleaned the whole area of all the mold -- when they were done, you couldn't tell it had ever been there.  Then they installed the new door, which looks fantastic.  Given proper drying time, this will probably be the last shower door we ever need or want in our master bathroom.  They left our bathroom the way they found it -- clean ... but with a sweet new door instead of the old, nasty, door.  Very, very pleased with the work.

They were very knowledgeable and courteous. They removed the old shower door and frame, cleaned up, and installed new one in 2 hours. Followed up throughout process from initial meeting to delivery of glass to install and completion.

The quality of the service was very good. Their professionalism was a little weird. It was rough and not polished. They were very good. They came out on time and when they said they would.

I got several quotes for a custom shower door. Considering quality and cost, C & S were who I decided to go with. I can sum up the experience in one sentence: They did exactly what they said they would do, exactly when they said they'd do it. Could not have gone smoother, and I couldn't be more happy with our awesome shower door. Use them with confidence.

Everything was as expected. The product was of high quality, it was properly installed and with no delays and no extra costs. I'm extremely pleased.

Chris and Dave arrived at my house at the appointment time. After looking at the shower door, I was advised that I need to get some tile work done and then need to have the entire glass shower reinstalled as it was not done properly when originally done 12 years ago when the house was built. I asked them to provide me with a few names that they recommended to replace the tiles. <br /> I plan to contact the tile companies as soon as I get their contact information and proceed with getting my shower enclosure repaired as it will lead to other problems in the near future. <br /> Both Chris and Dave were very professional and knowledgeable of glass repairs. I look forward to working with them in the future.

I can't speak highly enough about Chris.  He's a total professional.  I usually don't write reviews, but felt that I had to mention how great C&S was.  The doors look great, the price was competitive, and I enjoyed working with Chris throughout the process.

The company was very responsive and professional. They removed the old doors and did minor repairs to the base, replaced the old caulk and installed the new doors. They removed all the debris and did a first class job, leaving the bathroom spotless. We are very happy with the job and would certainly recommend them to others and would use them again. While a small thing and we did not reduce their rating for punctuality, they did not come at the scheduled time to do the install. These delays happen but we would have appreciated a phone call to say they were running late as we had an appointment scheduled and were anxious.

Would use again.

Everything went very well. They replaced a 28 year old aluminum frame master bathroom shower enclosure with a new all glass enclosure. Every part of the process went smoothly. I had gotten quotes from 3 people and they were less than the other two by a bit. They communicated well and were very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Look no further, if you want someone passionate, punctual and professional use C & S.  Not only did they do an excellent job installing our new shower door, they were very knowledgeable about their product.  It is a husband and wife run company and they really do care about the customer.  If you're not happy they're not happy mentality.  Their price is very reasonable when compared to the quality of their work and competition.  I would use them over and over for future services, yes they are that good!

Overall the process was pretty painless. My bathroom remodel had been dragging on due to contractor issues so I was ready to get things finished up. Chris came over with another employee (who actually installed the glass later on) and they took measurements. We discussed options and the fact that I wanted the glass to go higher then the average height (72") due to the fact the regular shower head was installed at an abnormal height. We reach a compromise at 78" which actually turned out really nice (it's flush with the top of the door jam) and the fact that the shower door was 30" wide made for a really heavy piece of glass so I'm glad they still got it up the stairs! <br /> It took about a week to get the glass in and that fell over Thanksgiving so had to wait another week to get it installed. Installation took a couple of hours. Shower looks beautiful with brushed nickel finish hardware. I also got the Cardinal 10 protection so hopefully that holds up to keeping the shower glass clean(er). <br /> The main reason I went with this company was that they had one of the lower bids and they only use hardware on the sides of the glass and not the bottom to hold it. You get a really clean look all around the shower with less hardware. Also they didn't have to put any holes in the travertine stone. <br /> Great job, thanks!

I first contacted Chris by email.  His wife Sandy who works in the office returned my email and left me a voice message.  I was asked to take a picture of the door and the section that needed the work.  I have been looking for a repair for this door for months.  All frameless or semi framed shower doors are made by different manufacturers and the name of the manufacturer is not on the door or the original receipt.  Home Depot nor Lowe's carries the parts.  I searched online and nothing worked.  Finding C&S was a blessing.  After I sent the picture it still wasn't clear about the width of the door so Chris came one evening to take a measurement.  The parts needed to be ordered.  Sandy sent me an email on an estimated date for the parts to come in.  I did email them the following week to ask about the part and was told it would be in the next day and Chris would come after 12pm on Saturday.  He came around 1pm, fixed the door, explained what he'd done and even told me to use white vinegar to clean it.  I was very satisfied with the repair and the service.  I will use him again but hopefully not anything soon. :)

The provider overall did a good job; and after checking a few quotes, for a good price. However the customer service level needs some work. I am not sure if the owners just relaxed after so many years in the business or something else, but I noticed few areas for improvement. First, if you use your personal cell phone for business (or the other way around), don't answer it at an inconvenient time. I don't want to hear a screaming baby and wait for you to be able to talk, it's just unprofessional. If you can't answer, let me leave a message and call right back. Another problem arose after agreeing on all the services and signing a contract. I wanted to make a change and the owner said it was ok. In reality the change meant that something we decided on originally wouldn't be able to be done. Not being a shower door expert, I didn't know that. The owner assumed I was making a change knowing something on the original design would have to go. That's lack of communication and assumption that the customers know all the ins and outs. It wasn't an obvious detail, to me, at least, and they should have re-confirmed, rewrite the contract and make sure I am aware of all that is going to be done. I don't need to find out on installation day that something isn't what I though it would be. Also, considering that a part that wasn't installed originally cost extra, they did not reduce the price. Again, customer service and management skills were below expectation. Third problem was on install day as well, when the installers were an hour late, past the appointment window. The explanation was that a part they needed wasn't on the truck and they had to go find it... not really something that I need to hear, makes me wonder what else was missed? Attention to detail is not something to relax on. <br /> On the positive side, the quote appointment went well, they took measurements, went over options and prices, in general. The quote in writing followed pretty quickly. After some negotiation, they gave me a price I was comfortable with. So with all of the above, I still feel I got a good deal. After installers did get there (they seemed like subcontractors, or employees, not the owners that I dealt with prior to), they did a good job, seemed knowledgeable, worked fast, cleaned up and went over post installation care instructions. The owners did send a Thank You note with the final payment receipt. I am not sure if I will use them in the future.

Great quality and price. Total turnaround time approx 10 days. Install took around 3 hours. Great results, shower door works perfectly.

Overall it was very good.  We got a door that was 76"  rather than the standard 72" glass and even with that increase the price was still 10-15% below our other estimates.  We didn't get any other upgrades (towel bars, special door handles, etc) so our door was just simple and basic and it turned out great.  The only issue was that we ordered the door on a Tuesday and were told that the door would come in on the following Monday or Thursday.  In reality in came in a week later than that.  There was no phone call on the initial Thursday to let us know that it wasn't in yet, nor any explanation for why it wasn't in when we were told it would be there. <br /> The only issue with the installation is that we were told that they would get there between 0930-1200 but they didn't actually arrive until almost 1:00 and again there was no phone call to let us know that they were running behind.  Once they got  there, the installers (Dave and Terra) were super nice and very thorough in explaining the installation process as well as the proper way to care for the glass once we start using the shower.  They did a good job, the door looks great and we are happy with the results.

I thought the price was a bit on the high side, but then I hadn't realized just how much work was involved in such a thing.  The two of them spent some 3 hours removing the old door (which they hauled away) and replacing it.  It is a small bathroom and it's hard to believe the two of them were able to work in there successfully, but they did.  They were very neat and you would think the enclosure was original to the house.

Chris (and his wife Sandy, who takes most of the phone calls) and Dave couldn't have been better.  They were punctual, polite, amazingly hard-working, detail-oriented.  They spent a lot of time measuring the bathrooms to get everything right, then spent a substantial (and necessary) amount of time to get the glass in place.  They worked with us so all the details were just how we wanted it (so the hardware was how we wanted it, etc.) <br /> When you first meet them -- Chris is a huge guy, and a bit casual in his clothing choices, and Dave is a reasonably small guy -- you may wonder if these guys can work on the most finicky projects where the standards are exacting.  Don't worry.  These guys are great.  We had three companies come out and give us bids, and Chris and Dave delivered, not just on their professional job and on their price, but on the options they gave us for how to do the job (we wanted a certain kind of sliding door, we wanted the fixtures to be in polished nickel, etc.).   <br /> So hire them.  We definitely would again.

They were wonderful and very good. They did it quickly. We had a general contractor and he had quoted a price too high and so I found them and now, the general contractor is using them because he was impressed with the work that they had done. The came, measured and gave me the estimate when they said they were going to. They installed them on time. It seemed like a timely, good quality work. The price was cheaper than what other people are quoting me.

C & S came out to my house within a couple of days to give me an estimate.  Another company I called was only willing to give me an estimate by phone.  When I made my decision to use C & S they ordered the shower door immediately.  Since my installation involved custom work - it was a replacement not a new installation - it took a little longer than first estimated.  But no one else seemed willing or capable to do custom work.  And the parts which had to be cut to a specific size, were finished beautifully. <br /> C & S spent half a day installing the new door, which involved removing the old one, removing any mold, and making sure everything was caulked properly.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to any one.  They were pleasant, courteous, skilled and very efficient.
