We learned on a Friday afternoon that my husband needed a criminal background check in order to participate in an international program - that he was scheduled to fly out for on Sunday morning! We found many online providers that offered an "instant background check" service, but were hesitant to give his SS# to just anyone, so we came to Angie's List to see if any trusted providers were listed here. Upon finding CSI Secure Solutions, I called them directly, and Chris himself (the owner) answered the phone. He personally committed to get it done, and he worked with me directly to get exactly what I needed within the time frame required. He made a stressful situation very seamless and simple, and I recommend him extremely highly!

""As I said to my wife last night, almost every case that crosses my desk especially Domestic it is hard for me to detach emotionally from the clients I serve.There is a process that we go through with each client and at the end someone generally is hurt by the information we provide. Having said that our goal is to expose the truth and in several cases children are returned to the rightful parent. We do not accept cases unless we feel confident that we can get our client's a postive result. The point is I take the majority of these cases home with me and yes I lose many hours sleep over "our clients" but I love what I do but helping as many people as I can" !"

My first inquiry to him was over Memorial Day weekend, and he responded right away. We went back and forth quite a few times over that weekend before I ever received a very reasonable invoice. I felt like my big brother was giving me advice. He was so caring, and for a little nothing case, he spent a lot of time and effort that no way was covered by my fee. If I continue in this strange world of cyber-dating, Chris will definitely be hearing from me again!

Turned out good. Thank you. They came through, got what I needed, and I am all set. They didn't do any work for me. They were doing some surveillance work for me. Finding someone. It took them about three weeks to complete, but I am not sure when it started. They pricing was good. It took them a few days to get back to me. Yes, I would.

The provider was excellent as he was responsive, accurate, detailed, courteous and punctual. This was an outstanding experience made easy by the fact that the investigator knew exactly what he was doing and how to do it.
