I really wanted to support this business, and the first couple of mows were great. Unfortunately, after that, the quality steadily declined. There were multiple occasions where I had to go back and weed whack areas that were missed or poorly finished. The biggest issue, however, was the complete lack of communication. They suddenly stopped showing up for scheduled mowing and never responded to my multiple attempts to reach out and find out what was going on. Being left wondering if or when my lawn would be serviced was incredibly frustrating. In the end, it worked out for the best because I found another lawn care company that does a much better job for less money. If you?re considering hiring this company, I?d recommend doing your homework and looking at other options first.
