C&S Masonry and Paving

A small portion of the driveway was completed in pavers, the balance asphalt in October 2021. Both sections were installed properly until an owner of C&S, Flori Cenkolli, drove over the pavers with a small roller without protecting them first. Big mistake, most of the pavers were permanently damaged. We paid Flori for the job upon completion with the guarantee that if any damage did occur Flori would resolve the matter under their guarantee. He initially said, without an inspection, the scratches would likely disappear in time. It was obvious at the time, that would not be the case and Flori initially said he was too busy to even inspect our claim. Several months later after finally inspecting the damage, Flori admitted to his error and apologized and said the pavers would be replaced ASAP. After dozens of phone calls, emails and promises it is now May 2022 and the pavers have yet to be replaced. I plan on filling a claim for damages with CT Dept of Consumer Protection against their license and guarantee. A very frustrating experience for us overall and certainly an unnecessary disrespect shown by Flori toward the reputation of his own Albanian, family-run business.

It went well. They were professional, knowledgeable, and did a good job.

I was beautiful, it came out awesome. They were very hard workers, they don't stop, very good ethics, good people, I have no complaints.
