CS Tile LLC

CS Tile showed up and were very professional. We had a great meeting and that was where things ended. Never got the results of my meeting (i.e. plans) or the 3D Renderings. Have reached out to Angie's List several times for a refund but they keep telling me that I cannot get a refund as the services were performed over 30 days ago. Hey Angie's List, they came out but did not finish the service so time should not matter! Big strike for CS Tile and bigger strike for Angie's list on not making it right (after two attempts and all I keep getting is the same story)! On a side note, I also called CS Tile to ask them where my plans were and the answer I got back was that they thought they had already sent them. They asked for my e-mail and said they would send them. Once again, no plans (and yes I checked the Spam folder)!

Mr. Gonzales came by the same day I called to assess the tile in the master shower and make recommendations. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. His crew came and made the repairs a couple of days later as scheduled. The job was clean and neat and looks wonderful. No more cracks in grout of the shower! I could not be more pleased. William Gonzalez gave us excellent service and made sure we were completely satisfied. We had bathroom floors that were 30 years old with broken tiles and loose grout. Now the floors look great with new modern tile. William and the men who worked at our home were friendly, punctual, covered floors entering the house to the bathrooms to protect wood floors and did a good job tiling, grouting and sealing. We are happy with the bathroom renovation and would hire them again.

They came out when they said they would and did a beautiful job on each occasion. They finished on time and left the job as neat as they found it. They were very competitive in price. William was fantastic! William was great to work with, very punctual and communicated great on his plan of action. I was worried I would need the shower completely renovated, but after he evaluated the issues I was having he explained it was not necessary. Most contractors would have taking advantage the situation and renovated the whole shower. Most importantly my wife is extremely happy with the job. I loved how my kitchen turned out! The whole experience with this company was amazing. I had a few estimates that were over 18,000 but when i reached out to this company, William Gonzalez worked with me and found a way to get the kitchen i wanted at a very reasonable price. He was very professional and he really listen to every detail of what I had invisioned my kitchen to be, Final price was 13,800. He got his team together and got the job done, quickly too, i was so pleased. I would recommend W&R Construction Services to anyone.
