C & T Appliance

Called them to service my refrigerator which had ice forming under the bottom shelves. The technician came and apparently cleared the clogs and promised we would not face the issue again. Lo and behold, the minute their 1 month warranty expires we face an issue with ice forming under the bottom shelf again. Their customer service wants to charge us another $300 saying it is a "different" issue and does not agree that it is the same problem in spite of us explaining that ice is forming in the same spots. Will never use them and please don't use them. Check out their Yelp reviews.

Charlton came the morning I called and was very friendly and professional. He ran a diagnostic and discovered that my fridge was low on freon. Thanks to him we were back up and running in no time. I highly recommend C + T and will be using them again in the future.

This is kind of a mixed review. Service was great, follow up not so good. Charlton, a service rep, responded the same day and arranged an appointment with us. He gave us a quote for the repair over the phone. He arrived promptly and fixed the shield so that the self cleaning feature of my oven worked. He then showed me how to set it up. Only after he left did I realize that the timer function did not work. I had to turn off the self cleaning manually. While he was here, we asked him about replacing a burner on our Amana range top. He promised to call the next day with a quote. We never heard from him. My husband called C&T Appliance a week later and asked them to get back to us. They never did.

Amazing job. The technician was on time and very professional. Was able to diagnose the problem quickly and do a fix . He was very detailed in explaining the issue and the fix needed . Answered all questions. Highly recommend and will use in future.

This is the second time I have used this company. Their work is fantastic! I was told previously that the refrigerator probably could not be fixed. C & T came in, took their time, and fixed it. Very happy with all of their service, from the office staff to the repair workers.

I was very happy with this service. The response time was prompt and my stove was fixed quickly. <br />

The receptionist at C&T was polite and efficient.  She took down the details and scheduled a visit for the same day.  The repairman then followed up with a phone call to confirm the time, and arrived right on time.  He spent some time opening the washing machine and trying to reproduce the problem that we were having.  He diagnosed the loud noises as being caused by a bad bearing.  He gave us a cost estimate for the repair, charged us a reasonable fee for the visit, and was on his way.  I found him to be polite and knowlegable.  Based on my experience, I will be calling C&T again when I have other appliance problems. <br />

Polite, informative, efficient

I had a positive experience with them. The service was fine. They were on time. They did the work and their price was reasonable. I certainly would use them again. I have used them about three times in the last year.

First time they showed up at the very end of their window, claimed that the repair that Bosch had ordered was wrong, tightened a few valves and left in a hurry with no care for detail or troubleshooting. The dishwasher then malfunctioned the first time we tried to use it (he wouldn't stick around long enough to run a cycle). <br /> Second time they no-called, no-showed, claiming that I hadn't answered my phone (which I've been sitting in front of all day), and couldn't leave a message (I just tried and was able to with issue). Bonus: I have the ability to see all attempted incoming/outgoing calls, and not one person has tried to call me today aside from my office.  <br /> Do not use, period. <br />

We were extremely satisfied with the service.  They responded quickly and were very prompt.  Mr. Griffith was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly assessed the problems and indicated what could and what could or should not be fixed.  Our refrigerator works great now and we have since replaced our range.  The age of our boiler makes it difficult to find replacement parts, but Mr. Griffith has gone out of his way to seek assistance in finding that part. We also feel the work was fairly priced. We would definitely use C & T Appliance again and would highly recommend them to others. <br />

my refrigerator was defrosting and a technician came out promptly to look at it. the tech was very professional and informative, the next morning the refrigerator went back into defrost mode and i called back to get someone out again to see what the problem was, we had a major snowstorm in the area and i wanted to see if someone could come the next day, i left a message on the voice mail and have heard no response from their office  and it's 5 days later ,my a ratings are for the technician who may not have solved the problem but i felt confident if i had gotten him back he would have found the problem

Great! came advised me on what was needed. Fixed it stated it would last a long time after so it was no need to buy a new appliance. ordered a part called once arrived an replaced and repaired the stove. Totally satisfied. fast and timely manner. <br />

The company was very friendly from initial contact.  The gasket on my refrigerator had loosen.  The gentleman put it back on (didn't try to convince me to buy new).  He told me that often kids spill sweet things.  The door gets sticky underneath and loosens the gasket.  So, he cleaned all around the door!  Not only that I asked if he could refer me to someone for handiwork.  His referral is worth his weight in gold!  The same quality of service.  I have since recommended both. <br />

My washer broke on July 4 (holiday) and I left a message on their answering machine. The next day I received a call and we scheduled a same say appointment (yay!).  The repairman arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and best of all, had the part on his truck!  The machine was fixed in no time.  Angie's List coupon was applied.  I would happily use them again!  Great experience. <br />

I called the company this morning to setup appt, they came at 11am. My window was 11-1 and the technician called me at 10:55 to say he was pulling up to my house. He was professional and punctual. I would absolutely recommend them! <br />
