If I could give CTK Construction 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat. After a ridiculously high bid from one contractor, and another contractor that felt we were too far away, I contacted CTK. We had a 'sneaky' water heater leak that left behind serious water and mold damage. While that had been dealt with, we were left hanging with no sub-floor and no way to install a new hot water heater until we had a floor . . . we were approaching 4 weeks with not hot water. I contacted CTK, and just talking with Chris (owner) i began to feel a little glimmer of hope. His company was booked solid, and he didn't feel that he would be able to help us. He did, however, agree to come out and take a look at the project and give us advice as to what to be aware of with future bids. He assessed the damage and repairs needed, gave us some info that might help with our insurance battle, and went back to his office to review it. A few hours later, he called and said that he would be able to squeeze our job into his schedule . . . for one-third of what the other bid was! Chris and his crew of one banged out the job in one day. They were pleasant and courteous and did an excellent job. It was obvious that customer service is a very high priority with CTK. I will recommend CTK Construction to everyone I know, and we will definitely hire them for any future needs. They are at the top of the list for a reason . . . caring and quality. Just talking with Chris (owner) on the phone gave me a glimmer of hope. This problem had been going on for nearly 4 weeks with no hot water in our home, and none until the repairs were done. Chris told me that he was booked for the next couple of months, but agreed to at least come take a look and advise as to what we should watch out for with future bids on the project. He came out the next day, checked everything out, gave us some good advice . . . then went back to his office to review everything. We got a call a few hours later, and he told us that he found a way to come and do the repairs. His bid was one-third of the other bid. He and his crew of one banged out the job in less than one day and did a fantastic job. They were pleasant, courteous, and exhibited great teamwork. We are so grateful to Chris for finding a way to help us out. I would gladly recommend CTK Construction to everyone I know, and we will definitely use them again. We had CTK Construction move a utility room, add a powder room & bath. We were very pleased with the job. Chris is easy to work with, he and crew are also trustworthy, as they had access to our home even when we weren't there. He is also prompt in returning calls. We are now starting a kitchen remodel with CTK.

they need to hire another person to make the work faster so one person is't doing most of the work. I only received one clicker for garage door opener and no key pad not happy about that but they did a great job.

Absolutly wonderful to work with. Prompt return of phone calls(within 24 hrs) Really good at listening to what your fears are (this is not the first time our garage with its flat roof/deck has had to be fixed) and putting them to rest. Extremely knowledgeable,catching things that other companies we interviewed didn't. From the first meeting made us feel as if our job was the most important thing to him and never the feeling of "yeah yeah been there done that"that we also felt from a couple of the other companies. To sum it up YES would recommend them and hire them again

My mother raved about the service she received, and was impressed by how professional not only the owner is - but also his entire staff. The work completed is top notch and everything was done as promised. All her questions were answered and the workers were very neat and kept the work area clean.

CTK gets a gold star for perfect communications. They finished the job on time and on budget, and took extra, extra care to make sure everything was done up to and beyond my expectations. When a subcontractor didn't color match my cabinets correctly, CTK was my bulldog and made things right without having to drag me into it.

Outstanding, timely, responded to evaluate project same day called and set appt to do work next day. Chris completed the job in half a day, keeping homeowner completely up to date on project.
