Mike was very responsive to my questions and emails /phone calls were returned no later than the following day... Once I decided on my sink and quartz slab, the work was done within a couple weeks (this is a very busy time for remodeling) I love my quartz countertops and sink... The workmanship is excellent and very impressed with the speed and neatness the demolition was done (vacuumed as demo was being performed) and debris hauled away... I would definitely ask them to do my bathrooms when i'm ready!

Excellent. This was my best experience EVER in Las Vegas working with a contractor and I've done many jobs over the last 20 years. I am quite picky when it comes to quality and cleanliness and CTM and Mike Stater were especially professional and far exceeded my expectations. I did not have one bit of feedback to give him. It was perfect.

I chose CTM Contractors based largely on their Angie's List reviews, and could not be more pleased. The owner, Mike, and his two-man crew did a beautiful job laying floor tiles in multiple rooms. They made my inexpensive tiles look like a million bucks. Mike is always easy to get in touch with, and both he and his crew are very pleasant to work with. All three of the bids I received were very close, and I chose Mike because he was the most prompt and professional, and provided the most detailed quote. I immediately felt confident that his work would be high quality. At the end of the project, they left their work areas even cleaner than they were in the first place. After such a great experience, I'm looking forward to hiring CTM again for my next tile project.

Great! Mike & Domingo (he is the fabricator) came on time for a measure up and discuss the details. Domingo arrived the following week with our tops, the installation went perfectly (same as it did for our whole kitchen one month ago). Domingo is a perfectionist, tops look great. I definitely recommend CTM.

CTM is the BEST! Jake helped us out the very same day I called, even though he had to work late. The work was well done, and very reasonably priced, and he cleaned up perfectly. He was so nice, and I couldn't be happier with his workmanship. I will call this company again if I need tile work. This on is A++++!

Prompt Professional Clean Excellent Communication I wish I had more floors to do! Had 4 different contractors out from Angie's List. Two came and then never quoted with multiple communications...flaky. One verbally quoted but wouldn't actually write a quote. And then CTM came along and was professional all the way. Night and day. Your first and only call should be to CTM. Mike was the best.

Mike and his crew was terrific. Arrived on time for estimate. Bid was very competitive (much lower than some other bids received). Brought sample tiles based upon what we said we wanted. Showed up and did job and left the area clean. Very easy to work with. Will work them again if the occasion arises.

Mike was professional gracious and completely competent in getting the job done and was incredibly fair.

I can't complement the work enough. I even got complements from other contractors that came in to do work. They continually made sure I was happy with the work. I'm very pleased with everything done.

Mike and his crew are the epitome of professional. Yes it's taken me a while to get around to writing a review but since we are currently trying to find a General Contractor to do a bathroom remodel, it's reminded me of how important reviews can be. We purchased our own product which was picked up and delivered to the job site by Mike. He also gave recommendations of places to shop and always responded to my questions about different products. The flooring I chose did not have the trim pieces (t-moldings etc) so Mike was able to go to the store I purchased the flooring from and find another product which ended up being a perfect match. He delivered the baseboards we chose ahead of time so we were able to get them painted before install. The job was done in less time than anticipated and to a high quality. I was going back to the UK and when the guys came to tile my laundry room, the washer had to be removed. Mike had it hooked back up the night before I left so I could do last minute laundry and then had his guys take it back out again so they could grout and put the baseboards down. Nothing was ever a problem for them. When the guys came to remove the living space tile, they ended up staying until gone 7pm to get it all removed in one day. It was about 1,000 sq ft of tile. They were clean and respectful of the rest of the house and did their very best to minimize dust. Mike always answered the phone when I called with the exception of one occasion. My call was returned within 20mins. I also received his estimate within a couple of days. It was clearly outlined what work was to be done, how much product they would be installing as well of how much we needed to purchase, allowing for overage. There was no guess work involved at all. We will be doing another flooring project in the fall hopefully and we will not hesitate to use Mike again. I only wish I could find his equivalent for my bathroom remodel. As contractors of any kind go, he has set the bar very high.

Very smoothly. Mike always answers the phone promptly and tries to accommodate schedules. I decided on a new cooktop the day of my installation. Domingo (the installer) said he would come back and cut the quartz out once I got the new cooktop. It was an extra trip for him, but he was very accommodating.

Excellent workmanship

He was great. Responsive and affordable... and the only person who would call us back because it was such a small job. But he didn't treat us like we weren't worth his time. And the piece looks great.
