Capitol City Flooring did an incredible job from start to finish on my older home in Hyde Park. Great communication from the beginning, I got three other quotes and theirs was the most detailed, thorough and fair pricing of them all. They did a great job with the new wood floors and blending them to existing wood floors and took care of all the carpet as well and they were done quickly and efficiently.

Most of the job was done correctly but it is always that one thing that is not finished. They installed a piece of porcelin tile behind my stove. It was not even on both sides, they failed to put equal amounts/measurement on each side. They came back to fix it which damaged the tile. To attempt to fix it they put black caulk on to cover. It also damaged the wall when they peeled off the tile. It is still sitting as they left it. Unfinished with the wall texture can sitting in front of it. I reached out and was told someone would call me back, NOTHING. I sent a text that I felt like I had been ghosted. No response. Once I paid the final amount on the job, they have not come back to fix what they messed up.

Everyone from the owner to the crew were courteous and stayed on schedule. The installation crew moved and replaced all of the heavy furniture being very careful with each piece.
You never know what kind of detail will be adhered to with a new contractor but they made sure that every detail was covered before leaving the job.
I cannot compliment enough of the craftsmanship that the tile installers instilled in each room. They did a magnificent job and made the edges of each piece fit every angle and curve like a presidential palace.
Daniel (owner) at CC Flooring is the man to call and I highly recommend his company for quality flooring.
