New Caulking cracked and split and was moldy again within months of repair... I did not use shower for three days after being told to wait 24 hours and the caulk still hadn't set.

Appointment was made for 3pm. Great communication that morning, however 3pm came and went with no returned emails or calls... at 6pm handyman shows up to introduce himself and reschedule for the following day. The following day, similar, appointment made for noon and no show no call until after 5pm... This was particularly inconvenient for me since both my master closets had been emptied in preparation and completely covered my bed... meaning there were two nights we could not sleep in our room. The third appointment was finally kept with arrival only 1 hour late. The job took twice as long as quoted with breaks etc. but since I paid a flare rate for the job did not affect me much. After the job was complete I realized he did not use a drop cloth over the sinks and my new granite countertops have paint overspray from the roller all over them. I've spent several hours with a plastic scraper attempting to remove the never ending specks covering the counters. Price was fair but you must have a lot of patience to deal with the lack of punctuality.

he never returned my phone calls. The service was a pre-paid offer, no other option to hire him and Angie's list never assisted in resolving the issue, only saying I could not get my $$ back because I was not a paid member. Both of you - good job, you s....

Tried for several weeks to reach provider via phone. Left many unanswered messages. Reached out to Angie's list customer service, however was told it was greater than 30 days , so no help, no refund. Finally got a response from provider via email. He simply said he was no longer honoring that promotion. Very shady. Filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Will also no longer do any future business with Angie's list. Very disappointed. Paid 65$ and received zero service! Nothing! Very shady.

Bought two certificates for a total of eight hours of service Feb 28 and March 3rd. Called to arrange and his first question was did I purchase a deal. Once the owner knew I had prepaid he kept putting me off on availability. Well over two months later, he confirms an appointment for April 25th 8am. I took off work to be home and he doesn't show up, doesn't call, won't return calls or respond to voice mails. How can his business be with a trusted service like Angie's List and just steal your money, I don't know. Very disappointed a so called business person treats customers with dishonesty and so little respect.

Ali was very courteous and polite when he came to see what work I needed to be completed. I then found out someone else would do the painting as he was booked for the next several weeks. Scheduling was an issue, two days prior to the appointment he requested to move the date one day ahead as he had overbooked. I agreed. The painter arrived on time, courteous and polite. He assisted in moving furniture (due to Ali's date change). The painter well he painted, however towards the end of his time, he got sloppy seemed to not use painters tape for the last project as paint was found on several other walls and my bay window. He didnt tell me he was done, just took off.

Ali arrived a few minutes before he told me he'd be there and got right to work. He was professional, friendly and very thorough. He did exceptional work - cleaned up after himself and even took several empty boxes out to the garage for me. I could tell he takes pride in what he does. We have more work to be done on a rental property and i will be contacting him! Thanks Ali!
