I am writing this review to commend Cucco's for their professionalism and work ethic. It is very refreshing to deal with a company that is true to what they say they will do and they do it pleasantly  without any hassle. Thank you so much for the  professionalism that you have shown in my dealing with you.  Every technician that has come to my house has been very customer friendly. Martin did an excellent job at correcting a problem with my air conditioner. I truly believe that when you handle customers the way that you do, you will  continue to be blessed in your business.  Thank You! <br />

Very polite workers, they put covering over my carpets and cleaned up after themselves.  We are very happy with the work and will continue using them for maintenance.  Chris is very fast about responding to my calls when I have problems.  We financed through them and are having a little hiccup with Wells Fargo but Chris is assuring me it will all get fixed. <br />

They first brought in and attempted to install the wrong (lower level) model but the job boss caught it and they brought in the correct one. Then they couldn't get the thermostat to work but came back the next day and got it working. The next week the thermostat read 3 degrees higher than the set temp, next day it was a 4 degree difference, next day the screen went blank. They came out within an hour and fixed it but didn't seem to know what was wrong. Seems like the problem is with the American Standard product though. Cuccos was quick to fix the problems and very polite and clean. But also, the Angie's List page says they give a 10% discount to seniors and I didn't get that - when I asked, instead the owner offered 5 years free maintenance.

On the day of the work (4) workers came on time and proceeded with the work. They were very professional and covered the floor and the stairs leading to the attic.  They too answered all my questions about  what they did. They showed  me the old evaporators coils and the leaks in them, and the new were still in the original box. They replaced on of my thermostats and  fixed a noise coming from my outside unit .  Although,  I had a second estimate on this work that would have been less, I went with Cucco,s because I trust their work and their professionalism. Honestly, it is so hard to fine honest people these days working with them is a pleasure. <br />

Very well.  I have an old unit that is probably close to going out completely.  I called Chris on a Thursday, after 7:00 PM and coming home to an A/C unit that was blowing hot air.  I found Cucco's through another provider search company but I am glad I found him.  Other providers I have used in the past when I had a home warranty were not nearly as attentive, responsive, willing to answer to answer my questions, or as courteous - in fact, some of them were just down right rude! That was not the case with Chris. He went out of his way to explain his process and assure me that he was doing everything possible to ensure my A/C unit was being repaired to the best of his ability.  He even explained how my unit is not up to code, what it will take to get it up to code, and how to avoid costly repairs in the future. I will definitely call Chris again when the time comes to replace my unit and bring it up to code! <br />

Crew was two hours late, but all work was done in one day. The crew cleaned up everything and explained the basics of how the new programmable thermostats work.  They tested the heater and restarted it until air was cleared from the gas line and the heater stayed on. A/C operation was verified and was cooling before they left. <br /> I had got 3 estimates on this work; Cucco's was in the middle on price. My decision was based as much on dealing with Chris for repair of my old system, and his professionalism and willingness to explain things and answer my questions. <br />

My overall experience with Cucco's Air Conditioning & Heating was much better than I expecting.  They performed the work at an very low price.  I use American Home Shield to warranty the house and they sent another company out to repair the upstairs AC that was only blowing hot air.  They diagnosed the compressor needed to be replaced, which was a covered in the AHS policy, but they wanted to charge me $700 for the cost of the R-22 refrigerant (that is above the $10/lbs that AHS covered).  The cost was for approximately 12 lbs of refrigerant, so that would be almost $60/lb for me and an additional $10/lb for AHS = $70/lb for the refrigerant.  It's important to note that due to government regulations, R-22 is getting harder to find and cost is going up. <br /> However, Cucco's was able to do the repair and flush and replace the unit with new refrigerant for a little more than the other company was going to charge for just the refrigerant.  They were very responsive and accommodating as I requested a Saturday service on short notice.  They completed the work without a hitch and emailed me a bill and receipt which is great for being able to have a electronic record for this rental house.  I live out of state, so they were great willing to deal with me over the phone while accommodating the tenants at the house.  The tenants said they were very professional and AC is working great.  I HIGHLY recommend Cucco's! <br />
