Heat Pump Repair or Service
This company?s owner was the technician that came to our home through American Home Shield. Without going through the many exact details, I will streamline to write that this owner threatened to file criminal charges against me for stopping payment on a check we wrote him. We asked him to provide a WiFi thermostat to match ones we already had. He charged us over $500 for the thermostat only. This was for my 83 yo mother. After determining the thermostat was only $130, we stopped payment and advised he could have the unused thermostat back. He then threatened to file theft charges against me. I recently allowed AHS to reassign him for ac repairs and he basically ghosted me, refusing to return messages and failing to respond to texts. I absolutely do not recommend this company at all.

He was awesome. I was having problems with my AC on a Sunday on what seems like the hottest day ever and was worried I wouldn't find anyone to fix it. But the service was quick and the price was even better, especially with it being a Sunday. I will definitely be referring him to everyone I know!!!!
