I requested a quote and owner showed up timely and provided quote which was very reasonable. The work started early and finished early as well the owner kept me updated on progress and I paid when work was complete. A+ service and professionalism.

Very good. Crews were very good about being on-time and conscious about doing work as required to accomplish a finished project. Owner/project manager/estimater was professional and very easy to work with.

Madison at Roofing 502 provided a very competitive estimate prior to selecting a contractor to perform the work. Once selected, Madison communicated all the possible scenarios which could cause additional costs. His roofing crew was exceptionally courteous and conscientious with regard to caring for my property. The crew worked very efficiently and skillfully to make some unforeseen minor repairs to a few problem areas. These were all brought to my attention prior to making the repairs, which means there were zero surprises. I am one of those customers who stayed very close to the project and the crew was more than patient when listening to my thoughts on how we would proceed. All in all, this was an exceptionally good experience. A+ to Roofing 502!

Every part of this interaction was great. Communication from Madison was constant, and he was very patient with me (my wife and I both work full time and we have two kids, so I can be pretty busy.) The estimate was precise, the work started and ended exactly as promised, and our yard and house were spotless. To this day I haven't found a nail or shingle in my yard or garden. The work looks wonderful, and it's clear that several spots were sealed with this job that had not been touched by the previous roofers many years ago. We don't have outlets outside of our house, and the crew was very thoughtful in working around that problem. I really can't say enough about the experience. It's been 2 months since installation, and everything is great.

Madison did a great job communicating with me. He went over the project and offered suggestions along the way. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He wasn't the lowest bidder but when he said, "My work is my reputation," that sealed the deal. His crew finished the job well within the day. Upon inspection by Madison, a missing downspout was discovered. He had his crew come the very next day to rectify the situation. My only suggestion is to have a better cleanup scheme. Some miscellaneous items were found on the ground and in bushes as a result of tearing out the old gutter/down spouts.

Very good outfit to work with. Knowledgeable, easy to work with, know what they are doing, timely and easy to schedule.

I cannot say how pleased I was with Roofing 502 and its owner Madison Culler. Of the 5 initial estimates I asked for and received regarding replacing my 20+ year old roof, Roofing 502 was the most responsive and interested in the job,. (they were not the least expensive) The installation team of 4 worked well together and their focus on quality was obvious and to be commended. Madison was available multiple times each day to supervise and answer his team’s and my questions. I recommend them fully for any residential roofing work.

I've been meaning to write a review for a long time now and today, with the rain coming down in buckets, I'm finally going to do it. We could not be more pleased with the job Roofing 502 did for us. Madison is a great guy to work with. He promptly returns phone calls and responds to emails. It has been over two years now since they replaced our roofing and in that time, I think I have found only four nails in the rocky mulch of our flower beds. For the size of our job, I find that to be totally acceptable, if not somewhat expected. The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They worked all day and a little over half of the next. When they left, the roof looked great and there was almost no other sign they had been there. They even did a little minor gutter work, which saved me a much dreaded trip up a too-tall ladder. Two years later, we have a leak around the chimney. My first thought is to call the guys that were last up there, so I called Madison. I told him what was wrong and he says "I'll come look. If it is something we did, we'll make it right". This is two years later. No argument, no push back, just "I'll be right out". He showed up a couple of days later, went up on the roof and checked out the chimney. Turns out it was the chimney cover that had failed. He explained and showed me what was wrong and what needed to be done. Unfortunately, that repair was something Roofing 502 doesn't do. He left me with a "Call again if something comes up". We'll probably never need another roof, but if anyone asks, I tell them Roofing 502 is the place to call.

The company was very precise with estimates. Communicated well on work required and schedules. Quality of work was very professional.

The office people didn't let me know when they were coming for the evaluation & when the workers were showing up, No one came or called to see if i was satisfied.

Madison (owner of Roofing 502) is the most professional, courteous, and thorough contractor I have ever had the privilege of working with. His word is his bond, and if he tells you he will do something, you can take it to the bank. We were completely satisfied with his crew's work and his pricing beat other quotes we received. The materials used were high quality as was the workmanship. He checked in with us frequently and he answered all questions and concerns thoroughly. The one word that comes to the forefront of my mind when thinking about this business is "trust". That's a huge deal in this line of work.
