Our team of Certified Water Specialists (wqa.org), provides installation and service for softening, filtration, micro-biological and reverse osmosis (RO) applications. stay away from this place they will rob you. They do bad work and have horrible systems and customer service practices.I repeat stay away from all rite water company in vero/sebastian area at all cost , bad company, bad work practices, bad systems and you will end up paying for nothing but horrible service and poor quality water.

I called All Rite to get some pricing and info and there were very informative on my needs. Much more so than the company I was using before so I switched to them. They installed a new water system in my home in about a 1/2 a day and instantly my water problems have gone away! Bryan, the technician was the best! His skills and customer service in explaining the water problems that I had were exceptional.

I changed the system out and now the water taste good and i can buy the units filters anyplace and those filters are very inexpensive in comparison to the filters they tried to sell me for the crap unit they sold me. Stay away they are truly thieves Keep your money in your pocket and buy a 130 dollar unit and install it your self. I was sick and just had cancer surgery when they sold me the piece of crap they said met my needs.

I was able to get next day service for an non emergent issue. The tech called to let me know that he was leaving his previous client and was in route to me. He was well within the time window offered to me. Kyle, the tech from All Rite Water, asked careful questions about my issue and was able to identify the problem and test my system. He replaced the pressure switch and set it for the proper settings as well as inspected the rest of my system and had my issue resolved quickly and made sure to inform me of what was done and why. He was very professional and polite. I am very satisfied with my service. I will definitely recommend and rehire.

The tech gave a line of crap. Tried to sell me a new well ($2k) and every service but what I needed. Called another company and found everything the guy tried to sell us was not needed. All rite water charged me for a service call. Beware

The service was fine. Very professional and answered all questions. They probably would have done good maintenance if it wasn't for the fact that the prior owner had the system bypassed since the softening system was shot (ie I bought a house that had a non-functioning system).

They did a great job. They did exactly what we needed them to do. They scheduled everything. They were very, very responsive. Their prices are very reasonable. They actually called a few days to a week later to make sure everything was okay with their work and if everything was working properly. They were very professional and did exactly what we needed them to do. They didn't overcharge us. They knew exactly what needed to be done and basically got it done almost immediately.

I'm very happy with them. They come highly regarded and I've been doing service with them for a couple of years. I've been very pleased. Pricing is completely fair. I've had no complaint whatsoever. As a matter of fact, last year, they called me and told me they owed me some money. I'm not going to get into circumstances but I prepaid them and she actually called me up and said their guy was never able to make the service call 2 months prior so I had a credit on my account for one of the visits so I was very impressed with that. I'm never there when they are there. I've never even seen these people. My irrigation system has never failed me, knock on wood.

It was excellent service. I just had a problem with the system and they came out and it was actually complimentary because they stand behind their products. They are just great, everything is an A. They are good, very good. I would absolutely use them again. One person came out. It took an hour and a half because he needed parts, he had to leave and come back. Totally professional, and I would use them again.
