I am extremely impressed with Bill Sylvester. He promptly followed up on my request for service and took care of the job with great professionalism and care. The price for the service was very fair. I would not hesitate to call Bill again for any future repair work needed around the house. <br />

Bill was excellent to work with. Very responsive and accommodating and he did A+ quality work. He also worked thru tough conditions of bitter cold. I would highly recommend him. One of the best contractors I've worked with. We've already had several comments from neighbors on how good the house looks.

The fascia at the peaks of our home had blown off in 3 places and the doorway in the back had deteriorated to the point of rot.  Not very many siding companies would take on a small job like this but Cunningham did. We gave them the option of doing the work anytime that would accommodate their schedule of work in the area.  It took a little while, not unreasonable, but the work was first rate.  They took the time to clean out bird nests, clean all the fascia to eliminate the difference in coloring between old and new and tack down all the fascia pieces to prohibit the future loss due to wind.  The door framing was redone and looked great. <br />

The job went well and the contractor was amazing.  He originally estimated the job to be higher because he thought he would have to replace some siding but his guys were able to save the original piece and he reduced the price on the spot.  Would definitely recommend them and use them again!! <br />

Bill was awesome! He gave a very fair price and it was obvious that he cares about the quality of work he does. His workers were great too! They were all polite and very detail oriented! Bill helped me pick out colors and gave his professional opinions when asked. I had more than 10 other contractors come and he was by far the best! I didn't feel like I was in the middle of a sales pitch!  Even my neighbors commented on how great my house looks and how professional and hard working these guys are! One of the things that I noticed was that he was the ONLY person to come and not talk trash about the competition. Instead he gave me a list of addresses that he did the work on! I highly recommend this company! <br />

<p>At first meeting with company owner Bill S, a list of work items to be performed was created, followed by a detailed written estimate within 1 week.</p> <p>I was informed of possible warranty compensation by shutter manufacturer and given contact information.  Warranty compensation was provided and this saved me considerable expense.</p> <p>I accepted quote on 12/31/13 and the work was performed within 2 weeks.  Bill called the day before he planned to do the job to insure it was ok with me.</p> <p>Bill performed all work on this job himself.  His work was very neat and he carefully arranged new and existing sidings to minimize color imbalance due to fading of the existing siding that has been in-place for more than 10 years.<br /> <br /></p> <p>I am very satisfied with all work performed and I highly recommend Cunningham Siding to others.<br /> <br /></p> <br />

His workmen were terrific, you couldn't ask for better workers.  Bill is a super person who did a super job. I have already referred him to three of our neighbors!

Bill was a pleasure to work with. I had some definite design ideas I wanted to happen with the new siding. I didn't want vinyl or any imitation wood, I wanted real wood. Some details like how the corner would be finishing had not been decided when we started but by the time he got to the first corner he had several suggestions, we ended up going with a clean 90 degree edge. The same with around the windows, I wasn't sure what to do around the windows and wasn't too keen on putting trim, wanted to keep a simpler clean look. Bill came up with a thin aluminum trim frame that keeps a simple line around windows. Bill also did an excellent job installing a diagonal pattern in the front peak, this requires a master carpenters skill to pull off! <br />

He was not overly responsive this time around. The workmanship was not up to par in my opinion. A quote he gave me for some of the work was quite offensive. I was just not too happy with him this time around. I don't feel like he was very invested in the job.

They are in local business, they've been in business for many years and they gave me a very fair price and they did an excellent job. They were excellent. Everything they said they were going to do, they did and actually they did a little bit more in some instances. They have a really good work ethics, they work with me on the price and they use really top of the line materials. Their price is very fair.

It was a small job.  He was very pleasant and gave a really nice quote.  He even noticed that something was loose on the other side of the house and he fixed that.  He kind of went above and beyond.  He was really good and very kind.  He came when he said he would come.  He worked quietly and knocked on the door when he was done.

They did a great job, once they tracked down the matching siding they were prompt and professional.

Our job went very well.  This was the third time we have used Cunningham and again we were very pleased.  Bill Sylvester, the owner, was prompt in answering our request for an estimate.  His estimate was thorough in itemizing each aspect of the job. He explained the differences in the various products i.e. the roofing shingles, that we were to choose from  and answered all of our many follow-up questions thoroughly and professionally.The work itself was completed in the time frame which was indicated to us and all work was done in the manner which we have come to expect from Cunningham meaning it was very thorough and professional.  Bill's crew is courteous, prompt and thorough.  We are very pleased with their work.  The roof looks great.

Bill (the owner) was prompt during the estimate and pointed out what his team would do, provided me with a number of options, and then provided the proposal.   It was obvious he was a professional and had a passion for the work. <br /> <br /> When I considered all the other contractors and proposals Cunningham was an easy choice. <br /> <br /> The crew showed up like clock work every day (even some nasty rainy days).   To a man, the whole crew were very professional, polite, and focused on the job and getting it done right.  <br /> <br /> The roofing was done first and quite fast.  Siding followed and then the Gutter replacement and both the siding and gutters replacement were done quickly and professionally.  Throughout the process there was excellent communication from the owner and the crew.   <br /> <br /> When the work was done the finished product looked amazing and the crew did a great job removing all the debris and making sure I was fully satisfied... and of course I was. <br /> <br />

The company owner is very friendly and professional. He offered suggestions to improve the house that ended up looking fantastic and updated. His crew was prompt and professional - the job was done in one day. I came home and my house looked amazing and there was no trash left behind. The quality was outstanding - there are no gaps anywhere and I have had numerous complements on the improvements. I HIGHLY recommed Cunningham.
