Mr. Bay performed his electrical services in a very professional manner. He corrected electrical wiring/installation errors made by previous electricians, and installed both exterior and interior light fixtures expertly. He was very prompt to the job site, and provided both military/senior discounts for his services. I am exceedingly pleased with his and the company's performance.

They did accomplish the job, but did not seem very knowledgeable about electronics and how they are wired.  Father and son operation, and the son knew a little bit about how to hook up my various peripherals, but I had to direct regarding some of the hook-ups.  They did a professional job of the through-the-wall wire installation, but left a minimal amount of "play" in the wires, I so have difficulty cleaning behind the cabinet in which my devices were hidden, or accessing the rear of the devices.  But it all works now, and the Angie's List Deal was inexpensive. <br />

The service was top notch, very professional, quick and great to work with.  They do not try to up sell and will tell you if something really needs to be upgraded or not.  He really does try to save you money, as another reviewer pointed out and is why I trust them for my electrical work. <br /> I highly recommend them, they are fantastic! <br />

We originally purchased a Big Deal for $99 from another provider who was unable to perform the work because they were not certified to work on a pre-manufactured home.  Peter was willing to accept the same deal and scheduled us immediately because we had one entire wall in our home without electricity.  It's summer in New Mexico and it happened to be the wall with the Air Conditioner.   Needless to say his urgency was appreciated.  He arrived on time and immediately started troubleshooting the issue.  Once he verified the breaker needed to be replaced he had to drive to four different stores to get the parts.  He was still able to diagnose the issue, get the parts, replace and test all of the circuits in the two hour time frame.  It was unbelievably refreshing to have a contractor who was so prompt, efficient and competent in getting the job done.  I would absolutely love to have him come back and take care of some switches and fixtures that need some tlc. <br /> <br />

I called Current (Peter) on a Saturday morning when another scheduled electrician failed to keep our appointment. Peter said he was on his way to another job but if I was available later that day he might be able to stop by and work on my light switch. Received a call from him in a couple hours and indeed he could stop by and take a look. As he was coming in from over 50 miles away, I didn't expect him to arrive at the exact minute he was shooting for, but he did arrive extremely close considering the distance. At first, he was baffled by my mystery light, but soon figured it out and was able to fix well within the time estimated. Overall great job. Very happy with my service <br />

Peter arrived on time. He spent about 2 hours doing the work above with great care. We used and Angie's coupon and would not hesitate to recommend Current Security and Electric. <br />

Provider was extremely respectful, had experience with both installing windows and installing security systems, and had seen this scenario before.  Will refund my original fee if I don't opt to use his services. <br />

They're good. Their price wasn't too expensive. They're good guys. They did their work.

They arrived on time for the appointment, were very professional, and did an excellent job with the installation.  The only problem was that they charged approximately $400 more than we anticipated because the entire process took nearly 5 hours to complete.

When I called for service Peter arrived at my home in  less than an hour. He was very professional and polite. He was very thorough in his work and cleaning up. I highly recommend Peter and will absolutely use his services again. <br /> <br />

Very well, reminding me of early-life experiences with repairmen: people to look forward to for the their professional expertise, their teaching, their sociability, friendliness. After setting things up and testing, Current Security patiently convinced me that I had purchased a speaker system that was not right for me.  The team packed up that system, cleaning up the trash as well, and took those items to ship back to the seller, agreeing to notify me of a better system, to obtain it, and to return to install that system; thus, I learned a good deal, am recouping the money for my earlier purchase, and will have an installed system that satisfies me. Since their visit, I have had emails from Current Security detailing the process and progress of our present dealings. I am entirely satisfied and highly recommend this company, just as I'm grateful to Angie's List for having discovered the company in the first place. <br /> I add that I am multiply disabled. This transaction is making possible decisions and actions I could not have achieved on my own.

He got everything fixed and he did a great job. He's a very nice person.

Peter was absolutely great to work with. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and explained what he was doing. <br /> <br /> The issue I called about was a single receptacle that had overheated and melted down in an office that was a recent addition to the house. He explained that it was due to the previous installer using 15 amp outlets on a 20 amp circuit, which was very concerning to me as I work from home and have quite a bit of equipment in that office. <br /> <br /> The scope of the work changed as I added in all the other outlets I now wanted replaced, including several in the older part of the house where there is still aluminum wiring. As it was getting late in the day on Friday he offered to come back on Saturday morning .He then gave me the opportunity to save some money by purchasing the outlets myself and even wrote down exactly what items to purchase. <br /> <br /> He arrived on time Saturday morning and brought along assistance. The whole process went quickly and smoothly, and I feel as if the cost was a great value for the amount of work done. We will be having him back soon to install some security lighting and I am confident that I have found a reliable, professional, skilled electrician.

Peter did a great job! The floor outlet was built into the slab which Peter identified quickly and recommended that I do not do that work because the cost would not be worth it. One set of outlets only needed the GFI reset to work so Peter identified that quickly. The other outlet had a bad receptacle so Peter identified the issue and went to home depot to get the correct part. He was back quickly and replaced what was needed. I would definitely use him for electrical work in the future. <br />
