And then he kept sending me invoice over and over again and actually at one of them he threatened me to put a lien on my property. We keep sending emails and this and that and I was so tired of it and I already told him that if I pay this I am gonna write reviews about our business transaction with his company. I never want to involve businesses who threatens its customers. For other customers, I warn you, if you call him and if he comes there will be a charge no matter what, whether it is service call or estimate or whatever...By the way, he did not fix anything there and I found another electric company who did the job rightfully.

When I requested the service from Curtis for Saturday I understood the cost would be $142.50 per hour.  However, Curtis described how they did not charge extra for having a helper accompany the electrician.  I interpreted this to mean that two people would be dispatched to do the work, The cost seemed reasonable for two people on a Saturday.  Only one person came and he was not an electrician.  He was a journeyman.  The estimated time for completing the work was 4 hours.  The work was not completed in 10 hours (2 hours for lunch) after which I sent the journeyman home and resolved to complete the work myself.  The quality of the electrical aspect of the work seems acceptable.  The only error I have discovered so far is that the light switch was installed upside down.  I have not yet installed the fan units, so I have to reserve judgement on those electrical connections.  Had a helper been dispatched with the journeyman I think the work would have proceeded according to the 4 hour time estimate that Curtis originally made.  After some discussion Curtis reluctantly reduced the number of hours to 6 from the 8 hours charged by the journeyman.  Overall this performance seems about average for a service company.  In the future I will search for above average performers. <br />

This is my second time using Curtis Electrical Solutions.  The technician was on-time, professional, and very quick.  I found their rates very reasonable for the amount of work performed.  I will surely use this company for future electrical work in my house. <br />

The provider was always on time and professional. I was first given and inspection and quoted price. The service providers we clean and very polite. Had one problem that was taken care of immediately. I would definitely work with this provider again. <br />

As a result of the tech turning all the breakers on and off it tripped two GFCIs. One in the home and one in the garage where we have our spare fridge. I didn't notice the garage one for 2 days and $150 worth of food spoiled. The owner says his tech could not have caused it, but 2 other electricians said its possible, especially for appliances, to have an unbalance detected at start up, thus causing the GFCI to trip. Bottom line, and consensus from other professionals was that he should have checked his work and checked them before leaving. And we haven't had a GFCI trip since his visit, and we never had one trip before his visit. But the owner still maintains they are not responsible. The owner then told me our spare fridge should be on a dedicated plug because the gfcis can flip at anytime. It's unfortunate that the diagnostic didn't identify this! Not sure what the point of the diagnostic was and the owner is refusing to pay for our food loss or refund the $100 for the deal. <br />

Service provider was very punctual, work was finished when promised. The inspector found a problem and Proelectric came out the next day and repaired it and it passed the next inspection. <br />

Curtis is a true professional and was a pleasure to work with. <br />

I was impressed with the responsiveness of this provider.  I contacted them around 2 PM and they arrived the same day and on-time.  The electrician was knowledgeable and had our issue fixed in about 20 minutes.  I plan to use this same company for some upgrades in the near future. <br />

Curtis did not honor our Angie's coupon.  He informed us that he had pulled this coupon from your system. <br /> Please credit our account. <br /> They did not contact us because they were not expecting anything from Angie's list.  When we contacted them, they sent someone out the next day.  We had great service regardless of the mix up. <br />

Curtis was very knowledgable about my breaker box panel. He performed the tune up, vacuumed and cleaned around the wires. I will definitely use him for any future electrical needs. Worth the $100.00. <br />

We can call them for anything at any appointment and they're usually out in 24 hours.

VERY prompt, made the phone call in the morning and Curtis showed up in the afternoon. EXCELLENT customer service, reasonable pricing, will use for all of my future electrical needs. Grade A+++ service, excellent communication and on time. Very impressed! <br />

Curtiss showed up within an hour of my phone call, assesed the job, and did the inital disconnection of the wiring for the pump control box of a spa that I was having removed.  Two of his guys showed up for some follow -on work twodays later to re-wire the outdoor lights and replace the power outlet with a proper GFCI outlet. <br /> Everyone was punctual, polite, and professional.  Definately would use them in the future. <br />

There were problems with the initial wiring attempt that were brought to the attention of the electrician and those were reworked..  The company seems to be honest and sincere, but unfortunately the design was compromised to some degree by incompatibility of the products that were specified. <br />

Had a problem late Friday, diagnosed the problem and got the service working.  Came back at a later agreed upon date and made wiring changes to help prevent the problem from ever happening again.
