"When you placed your order we were very specific about our time frame which is 30 BUSINESS days. We are very explicit about our time frames which are clearly stated on your receipt, work order, and sales agreement. All of these documents were signed by you when you placed your order. It was also explained to you by your sales associate. Your review was posted at 23 business days, so we are not yet late. March 15th will be 30 business days and your cushions will be available for pick up as promised."
