The owner of the company was very easy to work with. He was easy to contact and responded immediately to any of my questions or concerns. He is an excellent designer and gave me many examples of what would be modern and unique to upgrade my home. His staff was excellent to work with and I had them work in my home when I was not present. I trusted Shane and Carlos and I would recommend this company to anyone who would like to remodel and upgrade their home. This company remodels bathrooms, but is very capable to do any room or any project that you have. The owner gave me many suggestions and helped me through the whole process. I thought it was also a wonderful thing that they left my home so clean when they were finished remodeling. This company is highly recommended and I had a very pleasant experience working with them. <br />

I was highly satisfied with how my bathroom renovation turned out, in fact, I have already commissioned Custom Bath Concepts to conduct the upcoming renovations of the two other bathrooms of my house.  The owner was very professional and knowledgable and the work was completed in an efficient amount of time. They stand behind whatever they quote and follow through with the service they do. If there's anything at all that you want they'll address that too. <br />

Shane was very.polite and answered all our questions.  He worked with us to schedule the work.   We selected our shower tiles at Home Depot and he picked them up.   He stuck to the budget estimate we were given in advance and completed all work on time.  We are completely satisfied with the finished product..  . <br />

Firstly, this was THE best experience we've ever had with a contractor. <br />Shane was early for the initial consult and provided a detailed estimate when he said he would. <br />Once selected, he gave us a realistic project timeline and came in ahead of time. <br />The quality of workmanship shows his tremendous commitment to providing the best, service and overall customer satisfaction. <br />We've referred him to many people (which I had no problem doing) and they all had the same experience. <br />Shane will continue to be our guy for all our remodels and updates! <br />Quality quality quality! <br />

Mr. Cummins, President, submitted pricing/service proposal (1of 4) in a timely fashion after being requested to do so and was very cordial during the entire process. Though I had basically pre-designed the finished product, during the process, Custom Bath proposed some improvements which were implemented. Mr. Cummins and his associates were exemplary throughout the process and requested follow up.     <br />

We recently used the services of Custom Bath Concepts LLC for our bathroom remodeling project. We were very pleased with Custom Bath Concepts LLC.  Shane Cummins, President, and his associates completed the job with a high degree of good workmanship. The attention to detail and the appreciation of our input was above what we expected. The estimates that were given were very reasonable. Start and completion time was reasonable. He had a delay in a previous job, so he called and asked if he could start 3 days earlier.  I agreed. They were early and on time.  Always kept in constant touch if there was any decisions or issues. The job was done just under the original quote (supplies).  If during the project, there were left overs, he would take back and get store credit.  There was always purchase tickets on the dinning table when I got home so I would know money spent on supplies.  Labor was a fixed quote.  I was lucky there weren't any surprises once they started ripping out the old showers. The supplies quote was a ball park figure of course. The labor was the same, but the supplies like I said were just under the original quote. When giving the estimate, he would offer suggestions and ideas about the work to ensure I had thought of everything. <br /> They were careful about keeping the dust down that always occurs once you start ripping out sheet rock and tiles. Very little clean up I had to do as they did clean up after themselves  in the areas they worked.  <br /> From August 16th the day they started to the day final payment was made on September 16th was one month.  There was an unplanned delay of about 7 days in that time frame which was explained and I could understand ,and then work resumed on time. <br /> In one of the showers, the bench was a little off in size and construction as they were working on it.  They had no problem in ripping it out and starting over at their expense.  I am pleased with the work and in the future, would use them again. <br />

The service went well overall. They were prompt, responsive, and did a great job.

He is very dependable, and an honest person. He always make sure the job is completed to satisfaction.
