I had a great experience with this company. They are much better than Creighton Brothers. I will use them from now on.

This is an excellent company to do business with. From estimating to installation, they are very professional, and do very good work. In order to install the awning, they had to come through the house and go up stairs. The installers were very careful about covering their shoes so not to track dirt through, and were organized, clean and neat. The workmanship is also excellent.

The work turned out well. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. They were "A+" people. I would use them again if needed.

I didn't need to be home with them when they did the work, so I didn't have a lot of interaction. They did a good job.

Everything could not have gone better. I have been doing some work on my house for the last year and a half and the quality of the work and the pride in workmanship has not been evident. My contractor just left the job without finishing. I have been quite nervous about hiring out anything as I have had such a bad experience. Angie's list has provided a vehicle to get quality work done without as much fear of poor workmanship.

AFTER NOT RECEIVING ANY RESPONSE FROM 2 AWNING COMPANIES, WE CONTACTED RON AT CUSTOM CANVAS. THE AWNING OVER OUR DECK WAS DAMAGED DURING A STORM AND NEEDED A REPLACEMENT QUICK AS WE WERE 2 WEEKS FROM THANKSGIVING AND HAD FAMILY COMING IN. RON PROMPTLY RETURNED OUR CALL, CAME OVER FOR AN ESTIMATE AND HAD HIS CREW INSTALL THE AWNING ABOUT 1 WEEK PRIOR TO TGIVING. WE HAD THE FRAME ALREADY UP BUT IT WAS BENT SO THEY CAME AND FIXED THAT ONE DAY AND RETURNED WITH THE CANVAS AWNING A FEW DAYS LATER. IT LOOKS GREAT. HAVE NOT HAD ANY ISSUES WITH IT AND RON CALLED AFTER TO CHECK IN AND MAKE SURE IT WAS TO OUR LIKING. HE ALSO GAVE US IDEAS OF WHAT COLORS TO STAY AWAY FROM DUE TO FADING, ETC. EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL.
