Oh my goodness he was amazing! He did such a great job you wouldn’t even be able to tell the carpet had been messed up by my puppy. He was very sweet and informative and kept me up to date on things. He was very quick to get things scheduled and come take a look! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing help!

He was respectful and courteous. My carpets are old and should probably be replaced, but I am not ready to do that yet. He stretched them as best he could with them being so old. They are 95% better than they were and no longer tripping hazards. Thank you.

Bob from Custom Carpeting & Interiors did a great job. He came out on Sunday to look at my project, gave me a quote, and returned Wednesday morning to complete the work. The repair looks great and the whole process was quick and easy. Bob was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend him.

Bob arrived in a timely way and examined the repair work required. His bid was very close to my estimation and we had no trouble setting up a repair time. On repair day he was on time, efficient and did a great job refitting our Berber carpet. He cleaned up after himself and was well spoken and polite. I would call him again.

Overall the work and the handyman was good. I hired them as i needed some hole patched. However the replacement carpet appears to not be the identical carpet. So now I have this darker colored spot in the middle of my livingroom. I have tired to attach image but file size is too big.

I highly recommend using this business. Bob stretched my upstairs carpet and fixed a threshold problem in the basement. He did the work in a timely manner and at a very reasonable cost. Bob was professional and I am very satisfied with his work. I'm going to put his business in my contacts list in case I ever need more carpet repair.
