HORRIBLE!..HORRIBLE!..HORRIBLE!.HORRIBLE!.HORRIBLE!.HORRIBLE!.HORRIBLE! We contracted Mr Adam Stingone from Custom Electrical Contractors Inc after what I though was a favorable recommendation from Angie,s List. Did I get it wrong! He gave us an acceptable estimate and we gave him a deposit on 7/25/2016 in the amount $1800.00 of the $4000.00 that he quoted for the job. That same night we went to Home Depot with Mr. Stingone and purchased all of the materials that he requested. The next day he pulled the permit from the City of Coral Gables. All seemed well. However I am still waiting on the formal contract that he keeps promising. All that I have is a hand written one that he signed. He guaranteed that he would start working the next day. That he would show up with three men and take care of business in two to three days. He showed up with one employee that worked two days and then he fired. According to the employee (and I believe him) he left because Mr. Stingone refused to pay him or provide extra materials that he needed. Mr. Stingone showed up yesterday for three hours. Has not shown today at all. He will not return my texts or telephone messages. He seemed very professional and sold himself very but very high. Told me that he was the highest rated electrician in Angie's List. What a laugh. He is actually banned from Angie's list. Do not use this contractor.

Adam is very polite and respectful. He is a skilled worker and very knowledgeable! He had a solution for any issue and he was creative. He asked us to buy a specific wall-mount adapter for our TV mount, (not expensive) as we were not sure of where the studs were and that solved a problem! He did an amazing job in our house and used the time economically. We would definitely recommend him to anyone. Also, we will use his services for all our future home needs! <br />

Received a call the night before that the electricians would be late. Once they arrived, they were unprepared and went to home depot three times. The main electrician I believe his name was Javier, did not install the wire clamp correctly the first time and I had to ask him to reinstall them all during the installation. Rather than installing the same amount of breakers that were currently in the panel the took advantage of me and installed the less expensive breakers since the panel had more space, hinse i did not get any additional breakers since they replaced the doubled breakers with singles on the larger panel that was installed. They tried but did not clean up sufficiently. The breakers were not labeled. The electrician was not the one that had all the great reviews on angies list, he was a unlicensed electrician. I was expecting Adam and got whoever he could send cheaply. The work was ok, I could have done better myself had i know what i bought. <br />

They put in four landscaping lights, 2 outside outlets, and put in a timer for the porch light. The porch light was not working at the time of service. Adam, the owner who came out, went to Home Depot to replace the bad timer. He installed the new timer and completed the job. The porch light never came on when it was scheduled to at 6pm.. He came back the following day to adjust the timer again and informed me to call him at 6pm when the timer was set to go off. At 6 pm the light still did not come on. I have been leaving voicemails and text messages to get this resolved, but I have yet to speak with someone regarding this problem and getting it fix.

They did a good job but left a mess. There was plaster and wires left. Cleanup was horrible. Didn't mention extra charges until after work was done.
