They replaced the glass panes of the fairly new dual-pane big picture window in the front of the house (I didn't like the original decorative cross hatch between the two panes; I had them remove it) and 3 very old double-hung windows, also in the living room, with dual-paned, double-hung windows. The windows are very nice. The biggest of the new double-hung windows had a top sash that sagged on the left side, preventing the window's left side locking mechanism from locking (the right side one would lock). The installers couldn't fix it. A higher up guy came out to look at it the next week to try to fix it. Couldn't. He said that he would have technicians from the makers of the window come out to fix it. They did and were successful. Problems happen, but it's more important how contractors respond to them. I've now ordered twelve more windows for the rest of the house from the installation company. Takes 4-6 weeks for the windows to be made.

Steve provided an estimate for the replacement of our bathroom window. He was very knowledgeable and had a professional manner. He came back to complete the installation when the glass was available.
