Alfonso gave me the price to repair the areas that needed it.  I was going to do that but figured since the roof is probably about 25 years old (!) that it would be a waste of money.  When I asked him to measure the roof and get a quote for a new roof, he called his helper back with his ladder (that had already been put away), took the measurements and called in for the quote.  I will be using them in the future. <br />

I spoke to Brian Wellman on the phone and Raul was sent to my house.  Both were very professional.  They were able to visit my house about a week after I called them. <br /> I thought that Raul gave me a very fair assessment of my roof.  A few roofers try immediately try to sell a new roof.  Raul thought I had a few years left and said I should just keep an eye on it.  Raul performed minimal caulking because I had a roof maintenance done not too long ago--just some loose shingles here and there.  He spent 35 minutes on the job but I believe he would have done more if the roof needed it. <br /> There was one area that had a leak from a September 2015 storm.  He caulked that area.  I spoke to Brian after the job and he assured me that the spot would be warrantied for 24 months.  It hasn't rained much since the job so I can't be sure whether the problem was fixed. <br /> Overall I am happy with their service and would use them again. <br />

I had a roof leak and called several roofing companies to obtain estimates, etc. Custom Home Remodeling and Roofing was very responsive and visited my home to perform an evaluation promptly. <br /> There estimate was very competitive in comparison to the other companies.  Most importantly, their contract was very brief (1 page), concise, and easy to understand.  I had a company provide me with a 10 page estimate with MANY loopholes. <br /> The roof work was performed and the crew was very respectful and professional.  They were prompt to arrive at the designated date/times, careful with my personal objects around the home, and cleaned very well and the end of each day. <br />

It went perfect as expected.  The tear off was done in one day, the clean-up was such that my my dog, Nikko, was running around the yard and there wasn't a speckle of debris in it, the roofing crew came the next day and they were gentlemen, worked very hard and got the large roof done in 2 days.  What seemed like it could be a 5+ day project ended up being smooth and easy and a quick and professional 3 days.  They cleaned up very well and I am very confident that my roof will be fine and last a long time and, in the event that there is an issue, Custom Home Remodeling & Roofing will be right back here taking care of it quickly!  I would strongly recommend them to anyone out there thinking about doing any roofing or remodeling project. <br />

Immediately after I paid the 10% deposit for the job, I received almost an immediate acknowledgement from Brian Wellman.  The job started the following week  with removing and stacking of the existing tiles on the roof.  Raul, the foreman and his team are punctual and professional.  Brian sent me the building permit and re-roofing certificate of compliance to be posted for build inspector.  The project was completed in six working days.  The replacement tile needed to be special ordered. <br /> Upon completion, my tile roof is close to new.  I'm especially pleased with special attention the team spent in cleaning up the job site; removing every broken tile; finding the last nail on my lawn and removed all debris from my property. <br /> Any of my friend or relative need a home improvement or roofing contractor, I will recommend Custom Home Remodeling &   Roofing.  Their web address is http://lacustomhomeremodeling.com. <br /> Simon <br />
