"Greetings. To whom reads this. One time we mowed a section along the fenceline on the long driveway up to her house after being told that it was the neighbors not hers that had never occurred again. One time we hit with a weedeater a couple small young blackberry plants that were growing. Not everybody knows what blackberry plants are accidents do happen especially when the plans are not protected or in a designated obvious area in a overgrown backyard. Told her about the problem after it happened and apologize for the couple small Blackberry plans. On the matter of in and out well I would come with 5 other crew members and spend 30 minutes doing all necessary normal lawn maintenance that was needed at property for a very reasonable price. We made a lot of improvements at her property making it look much better than it was when we first started. The problem with the roots in question the plants that required hours and hours of digging and breaking shovels or a stump grinder to remove giant Daisy plants that were anywhere between 7 and 12 feet tall. And yes definitely are required much larger tools to do the job quickly. When we parted I thought we parted on very happy friendly and in great shape after improving her place dramatically. Very sorry {Member's name removed} turns out that you are so unhappy. Again we try to please everybody we can. Unfortunately we cannot please everybody all the time no matter how hard we try. {Member's name removed} if you ever read this thank you for the positive and the negative well I won't say anything about that no more it is your right to say what you wish to say even know a couple small transgressions under the circumstances of your property had occurred in the process of trying to make it much better for you. "As I had mentioned in another derogatory rating from you in the past, my crew came in there and cleaned up your filthy yard for you, spent over 3 1/2 hours, 5 crew members cleaning up tons and tons of junk. Oak leaf bamboo shoots, trim your palm trees, pull your weeds, pruned dead off of all plants leaving 24 50 gallon bags of debris that had built up all year long from your yard man not doing what my company does on every property we did a very very excellent job at your place.but it's your right to be a critic as you were before.there's always one out of a hundred if anybody read this they can read my hundreds of reviews and find two or three like you.. The soap please take that up with Lowes and their environmental friendly pressure washing soap they sell !!!never had one complaint about the chemicals before this is a first I would definitely bring it up with Lowes on a how to get the stuff off your windows. Never heard this before again.your husband loves everything we did you even congratulated and thanked my worker for the great hard work and then you bash me over the head with such a harsh review. Again that's your right just like this is mine.and in reference to me and my truck ma'am I have a business to run this is my office I send emails write invoices out take phone calls. Thank you for the work you have provided with us, but if you or your husband contact me again I will decline any further services from you I cannot have people like you ruining my perfect record when we do awesome work. PS my worker tells me no chemicals were needed on the house that's just the city of Tampa is dirty water take that up with a city of Tampa please. All chemicals were used to try to get that disgusting driveway clean that would not come clean. and you didn't really even have to pay for that I deducted that half.
