Areas under the patio were to be prepared for a deck later on.  He was to give us a signed drawing by engineer so that if somone wanted to build a deck in the future they would know where the supports were to go.  We have not received the drawing at this time.   He was also to add grout between some pavers and this has also not been completed.

Beautiful, beautiful!  The weather was a factor, but the crew worked through it.  What a great job they did and this will be a gorgeous setting to spend warm summer nights and entertain friends. <br />

I wanted to replace my plain, cracked concrete patio behind my townhome with a newer patio and add some landscaping as well. Ray gave me a full proposal with some great ideas for both the front and back patios as well as landscaping ideas with plants for the front, back and along the side of my townhome (corner lot). He also added some options for improving the drainage around the house. He was extremely professional and was the only contractor who presented a full turnkey solution with some new ideas.The price was a little out of our original budget but he did add several extra items that we had not thought about. We felt that it was a very fair price and we decided to go with him for our project. <br /> The proposal also included removing my old concrete patio because it had settled in unevenly. As part of the project, Ray poured in new concrete for a solid base and added brick pavers on top. He also added an 8 ft. sitting wall and 2 ft. x 3 ft. flagstone steppers from the patio to the front of the house. By the front of the house, he added some additional flagstones to keep my trashcans as well. He also replaced the old gravel around my front patio with some nicer gravel. For drainage, he added a couple of drainage boxes to improve drainage around my home. He added topsoil and mulch around the patio at the back, by the side and around my front patio so it is ready for planting in the fall. He will also be polishing and sealing my existing front patio when it gets warmer. All in all, Ray was great and did an excellent job with my patio. He had estimated the job to take a week and he was done with everything in 4 days. I would recommend Ray for any patio and landscaping job without hesitation. <br />

The owner came to the house and visualized my project.  He returned with drawings.  The drawings enhanced my vision.The resulting project was a patio with steps to the door and custom built in seating. <br /> The front porch and walkway were modified to match the new patio. <br />

They have fantastic quality and value with landscaping. They are very knowledgeable and experienced. They gave us good quality work.  

He completed a new patio at my parents house. Great work, completed quickly.

We love this landscape/hardscape company. The company boss Rey Ditmeyer gave us personalized attention and supervised the daily tasks. He met with us several times to get the design right. He was very patient when we changed our mind. He has great plant knowledge and an artistic eye. He is friendly, funny, and detailed oriented. He had a great value compared to other nurseries. He had the best price available. We were able to install more plants than we thought and include more trees in our budget. He has great technical knowledge and he was able to solve a drainage issue with a box drain. He placed the drain perfectly because it transformed our marshy areas even during the terancial rains of last spring. His crew is hard working. There was at least one English speaker everyday. They took great care of our property and also cleaned every day. They do beautiful stone and paver work as well. They are one of the few left that do a solid concrete base. To some up, we highly recommend them because Custom is the perfect name for their business. You get truly more customized personal service and value than we found at Meadow farms, Merri field, and Betty's Azalea's Ranch.
