"Thank you for your review, I am very happy you like your newly remodeled pool project. unforeseen, my brother was rushed out to the hospital during the start of your project with a ruptured appendix and I was out with a very bad flu, the only sub contractors I used was the paver setters to keep your job moving and as it wasn't up to my standards I redid most of them when I got back to work. The plaster company is a sub contractor that I have known for over 30 years. though it cost my company to do this, I didn't want your job to just sit while I was out. I was personally on your job most every day during the project. I understand your frustration and will be more diligent in the future keeping customers posted job status. again, thank you for your review."
"Thank you."
"Dear (removed member name) As you know your light comes with a one year manufactures warranty. They do not cover the removal or re insulation cost. However I have at my own labor and time expense replaced your light and paid an electrician to come out and re-check the wiring and transformer twice. As we only shut down only once a year from x mass to new years, we were unavailable during that time to come and prior we were very busy getting things done in order to close down for the holidays. You could have at any time and at your own expense hire a pool service company to provide the labor to replace your light (that I had called and help arranged to be sent to you from the factory) You Chose to wait till I could get the time slotted to do it for you for free. Which was fixed, within 10 days of our returning to work from the holidays. I disagree with the project dates as the material production of the pavers, were delayed at the factory and beyond my control. In addition to the rain we had to work in and around and still meet our high standards and your time frame. Your new pool renovation is a dramatic transformation from what it was. It is really beautiful now and I am proud to have managed the project. I hope you continue to enjoy it for many years to come. Sincerely Shannon Stevens"
"I am sorry you missunderstood what you were told, but again the sealing of your paver deck does help prevent staining and mildew from getting down into the pavers and makes it easer to clean. with all the rain we have had in this area its hard not to get mildew growing, if fact its all over your screen and thats a soild surface made of metal. you still must do brushing of your pool and cleaning of your deck just as i do mine, just as every one does. to say that you were told that sealing your deck would prevent mildew from ever getting on your deck is not true. perhaps you misunderstood but no one from this from this company told you it would stop it from ever getting on your deck. i also think it is very unfair to bast me on angies list if i dont come out and clean your deck. You need to clean your deck as needed to maintain its cleanness and beauty."
