Job was accomplished in a timely manner. The two installers were professional and didn’t waste any time gettin* the job done. I would recommend and I too will use them again.

I found this company on Angie's List and immediately called them as I loved the fact that they showcased their work well, portraying every completed job. Besides, it felt good to support a small black company. I was thoroughly pleased with the work that they completed for me initially. They were professional, neat, and very knowledgeabl, so much so, that I patroned them again, to install additional items. However, I called them a third time to install an electronic heater. The installation was accomplished while I was at work. Once I arrived and inspected their work, I immediately realized a dent in my heater and damage to my wall. I turned the heater on and it began making a loud banging noise. Without judgement, I sent them a text message informing of the wall damage (which I stated was not a big deal), the noise, and requesting that they stop by to diagnose the noise. They never responded to my text messages. After 48 hours of no response, I attempted to call them. My calls went straight to voice mail. I left couple of voice mail messages, to receive no response. At that point, I began feeling very sad and disappointed, and of course suspicious. I then called the other number listed on their business card and finally spoke to someone. Needless to say, the gentleman was very short and curt, stating that he didn't notice a dent in the heater and couldn't verify any noise, as they simply installed equipment and do not turn them on. I couldn't believe his response, because the TV that he had initially installed for me, was tested by turning it on and tuning it in. The home theatre that they installed was also indeed tested by turning on as well! My heart was broken because the heater costs $500+ I've served in the U.S. Air Force for 22 years, and one of our core values integrity first is ingrained in me, thus I wish that they had acted with integrity, considering I was a repeat customer and did not approach them unkindly. They could've been more professional and much kinder. The fact that they ignored my messsges and phone calls, denied obvious damages and the unusual noise, led me to bear suspicion that they are responsible for my broken heater, not to mention the damage done to my wall. I wanted to leave this feedback so other patrons can proceed with caution when soliciting this company's business. While I'm hurt and left with a broken $500. heater, I still wish them good luck in their business. Thank you.

"We're sorry for your alleged mishap but as we explained to you over the phone that we only wall mount heaters we do not run them do too they draw a high amperage and current and we cannot be responsible that your circuit capacity may not be able to handle the current that is drawn on them from your heater and that is one of the main reasons why we only Mount them especially when the primary client is not present for the installation so if you have any malfunctions or defections with your unit that is a manufacturer's issue and due to you were not there to run the unit so we may be a witness we cannot stand behind you on that issue and if we had noticed any physical damage to the unit we would have never installed it so after all the quality work that we had performed for you and you were satisfied with we are appalled that you would possibly accuse us of any wrongdoing again we are very sorry for your Misfortune but we cannot be held responsible or accountable for your situation we recommend you contact the manufacturer the seller or even the shipper of your merchandise to rectify your problem we are AAA rated company and we feel that we do not deserve the review that you gave us do to you where frustrated with your device and not our installation we hope you can find closure and again sorry for your misfortune"

Perfect! They were on time, got right to work had all the necessary tools. Hung the tv spot on. Professional and cleaned up! Definitely calling them again for other work needed! Excellent service! They were so good, we had them put up another tv while here! Definitely A Plus service!

Derrick and his brother mounted two tvs for me. I was downsizing and renting an apartment. They hid the wires in the wall, but offered a secondary service to come back when and if I moved to close the patches for me. They were very professional, personable and went above and beyond to help me. I called them on a Friday and they were at my home on Sunday. On time, courteous, highly recommend. They mounted my sister's tv too.

These dudes showed up ON TIME, and performed the work in not even 20 minutes I think. They were super cool, very friendly and professional most importantly. They are certainly the best people to hire if you want your TV wall mounted!!! They did an exceptional job!!

The tv's were mounted to perfection with no wires showing and he also provided the wall mounts at an additional cost. One of my electrical sockets did not work and instead of shifting my tv to another area Derrick was able to fix the issue. The service was so great I called the next day to have more work completed. GREAT SERVICE !!!

I had to buy the mount from him. The mount I had didn't work for my wall. It wasn't strong enough to support my TV because it's really heavy. He did a really good job and it was very neatly done. It was my first time to use them. I like the work they did. It was nicely done and he was able to explain to me why the other one didn't work. I'm just happy that it's done now. It took him about half an hour max to do it. He was kind of late but he already sent a text that he was running late so that was okay.
