Cut Rite subcontracted with Premium Crane LLC. Cut Rite did not pay Premium Crane for their rental of the Crane Service and Premium Crane placed a lien on our property (per FL law). Cut Rite has not been responsive to resolving this issue.

"[Member Name Removed] did not pay the full amount agreed on after i told him his lawn would be damaged due to crane weight. They held back 1200 from my payment. And the crane company wouldn’t compensate for damages caused by the crane operator to gutter and lawn. I will be taking legal action against the home owner for my balance owed to me and premium crane for damages caused that kept me from being paid in full."

Cut Rite Landscaping & Maintenance they were professional, they cut the palm trees and left everything in bennet sheet the workers were polite and respectful, they did such a great job including clean up john listens with the customer.
