Cutting Edge Construction

We hired Arthur Crothers (Cutting Edge) to convert our garage into a room and laundry room and to replace our roof. He quoted us and claimed to make the room "magazine quality". He never kept deadlines, he won't return calls, never bought what was chosen, never delivered the supplies. His work is not quality at all. For example, uneven painting, uneven cuts in sheetrock, crooked baseboards, paint splattered everywhere, broken sheetrock installed etc..Pictures of his shoddy and unprofessional work available. He was constantly asking for money. We paid him $11,300 for a $8,300 room and for roofing supplies. He took $3,000 and never bought supplies. We are out $3,000 and he has refused to return that money. He and his crew are far from professional, as several item in our home were ruined, lost or broken by them. We have sent emails, texts and phone calls in an effort to settle this issue and he has refused to respond. Do not hire them and if you do make sure that you run a back ground check.

He did a good job. They were clean, polite, and cleaned up after themselves.
