My records show that we removed two trees for you in the winter of 2007, and your invoice was paid promptly. You called us again in 2013, which suggests you were pleased with our service the first time. As for this latest experience with our company, again, I am very regretful to have left you feeling so badly about it. My records indicate that a re-trim was done and some of the burnable wood left, however because the work was completed in February 2013, I'm having trouble recalling any details other than what was documented at that time. Bottom line, I'm very sorry. We have been in business for almost 15 years. We work very hard to serve our customers well, and we value our reputation. They did an excellent job. They had a 4-man detail so they worked on both trees at the same time. Basically, for each tree, one man went up and did the cutting while the man on the ground took the cuttings over to their chipper. After they did the cutting, they asked me what I thought. There were a couple spots I wanted trimmed a little more and they quickly took care of it. They were also informative about how cutting the wrong way would be detrimental to the tree. They did the job in less than 2 hours and they cleaned things up very well. Next time I need something done, I know the first place to go. I could not be more pleased with the work they performed. <br />

All work was excellent. Every worker was skilled and clearly working to ensure that all work was completed professionally and competently. The site was left very neat and clean since they chipped all limbs, removed all large limbs or trunks and cleaned up all sawdust. The price quoted in my estimate was the exact price charged. I was pleased that Cutting Edge was able to do the work requested so promptly and we will definitely call them again for any tree work.
