Kelli who answered my call for help was friendly and efficient. She made numerous attempts to find a svc tech to solve my problem and was eventually able to do so. The technician arrived early and did a superb job. Clean up after completing the job was meticulous and speedy. I would recommend Cutting Edge to friends and family with no hesitation.

I was extremely impressed with how quickly Cutting Edge responded and with the exceptional quality of their work. The employees were professional, courteous, and demonstrated outstanding work ethic from start to finish. What began as a terrible day with a drain issue and sewage backup became much more manageable because of their prompt response and expertise. I truly thought the problem would ruin my Friday and our family get-together, but they resolved it with precision and efficiency. I was in need of quick and professional service. I called Cutting Edge Sewer and spoke with Joe. He was prompt knowledgeable, very professional and was able to have a technician come out to my home the same day. My floor drain was cleared, and my main line was also cleared solving the problem. I was also given a loyalty discount for being a repeat customer and a warranty. I am beyond happy with this company and will continue to use them for my home needs. Negative 5. This man is not an honest or trustworthy businessman, don’t hire him. He is not endorsed by the Better Business Bureau for a reason. I needed a tube connected and that is it. He pretended the toilet was clogged but it wasn’t. He went and got his auger, for WHAT, it was all a ruse. He never took the cover off the auger just stood with it by his side. I needed a tube connected and he charged me $348.00 to connect a small hose. It took all of 15 minutes of work. He asked me to notate “friends and family” on the payment instead of “goods and services” to EVADE paying taxes. He is not an ethical businessman, he is a child pretending to be a grown man while imitating a plumber.

Prompt and professional

I contacted him and he had an appointment right away. He came the next day. I told him that the equipment in the tank was not working so the toilet was not flushing. He said it was clogged and needed to be augured. I told him there was a tube that needed to be connected and I could not do it and I had the part, I had bought and gave it to him. He tried to connect the tube and could not do it either when he tried. He flipped some of the parts over. He then acted like it was fixed and told me the fee was $348.00. I thought he had actually fixed the toilet, I assumed he had since he was rushing out. The toilet did flush successfully one time after he left and then went back to its original non functionality. He said to pay him $348.00. He said to chose the category in the application that denoted that the payment was for friends and family NOT goods and services . I did that. The toilet flushed successfully once and then didn't work. I texted him I wanted my money back because he didn't fix anything. I then went to stop the payment and found out that because the payment was noted as friends and family I could not stop it or dispute it in any way. This man knows what he is doing. He knew he did no work and set if up so that I could not stop the payment. I doubt he has a plumbing license. This man should not be on your list.

We had multiple small drain problems that had accumulated over the years and added up to an increasingly large problem. The technician showed us how he figured it out and what he recommended be done about the problems. He presented the cost up front and we agreed to have the work done. About the only thing that didn't go perfectly was that he needed an extra half hour above his estimate to finish the work. We were not charged for the time.

Very professional ,knowledgable,and got the job done

The plumber (Joe) showed up on time and got right to work. In addition to the faucet, I had new shut off valves for the washer and shut off valves for the sink installed. Joe was efficient and cleaned up when the work was completed.

Lines cleared and new toilets installed

After an initial scheduling mix up the owner made everything right. He was on time and service was delivered professionally including helpful recommendations for preventing future problems.

Plumber was knowledgeable and had a the drain cleared in no time. Punctual and personable as well.

Did a good job

I requested their services on 7/21 and paid $364 that included $69.00 for service call and the difference for whatever services they performed. on 7/30 I got drainage problem again and called them as i was told they will come back if the drain issue comes back. Chris, came back to told me this is not the issue he worked on last time he was here but the toilet is clogged. I asked him since it is a drainage issue, is it covered, he replied no it is not. I said fine. he left and his boss, Joe texted me and started threatening me and harassing me that i owe him via text and will not accept my call. I told him I don't think I owe him as it was the same problem. He told me he is going to take me to court and subpoena my tenants if I do not pay his $165.60 for the service call. I asked him to please send me the invoice and I will use my resources to determine if i owe him I will pay. he kept on saying " You owe me and you will pay". I found it very unprofessional and threatening as a client. I am confused that the first time he will charge me $69.00 for service call and this time he wants $165.60. not sure what has changed. I am brining this to the community to be the judge and help me resolve this. Please stay away from them and make sure you don't give them your personal cell otherwise they will keep threatening you. I have the text messages saved if someone would like to see the proof.
