Not well. Washer and dryer were installed incorrectly. Stabilizers were not removed from washer and a stacking kit was not used. I asked about both. Men left, I threw in a wash, and when it hit the spin cycle, it was as if a tornado was passing through, and the washer knocked off the dryer and broke the toilet seat. Derrick swears it was a faulty machine. It wouldn't have been faulty if it was properly installed. He then set up to exchange the machines and cancelled the morning of. I told him to get his machines, and I would purchase elsewhere. The machines were picked up on May 25, and I was told it would be 7-10 days for the refund. 35 days later, I get an email stating I was getting $600 less than paid. Derrick told me previously to just tell Visa I never received the goods. Slightly illegal, definitely immoral. I have all the texts for backup! I would not recommend this company for anything. The man is a rip off artist

Super fast efficient and professional.

They arrived earlier than expected. Performed the agreed upon repair at a fair price. They cleaned up as if they were never then. Would definitely consider using them again.

I went terrible. He asked for 50% down which I paid and then soon thereafter he asked for another 30%. I ended up paying him $9500 up front. He started by bringing his son who looked about 20 years old and he would drop his son off every day and he would do a little work with him and then he would leave his son here. Many days he would not come. It's been about 5 weeks since he started the work and he said it would only take 14 days to do the job. He has been very unprofessional in his work and especially in how he spoke to me. At one point he was yelling at me in my own home. I even had subcontractors coming back to me apologizing for how he talked to me. I would never hire him again and I would warn anyone from considering this company.
